Hi Ben,
The Dreamhost folks didn’t tell me the specific error. I do know the website would return an error stating the site had technical difficulties. When I contacted Dreamhost to see if it was one of the wordpress plugins, all the told me was the virtue premium theme was causing the issues. Is there a way I can analyze the website to see which part of the theme is causing the incompatibility?

1. In Theme Options > Home Layout you can enable Portfolio Grid in the Homepage Layout Manager.
3. Have you tried contacting the plugin support to see if they have insight as to why the filters are not showing?

Kadence Woocommerce Elementor Pro was added tot the plugins, we don’t know why. It’s is turned off. But when turned on is doesn’t change.
Original Kadence WooCommerce SiteOrigin Builder doesn’t show-up on WP plugin page. In ftp it’s still there but I’m afraid to do something and then loose about 30-40 templates we build. Don’t know where they are stored under….It concerns two seperate websites with same problem

Missing Woo Template Plugin. After some routine updates.
As mentioned above downloaded the new one: Kadence WooCommerce SiteOrigin Builder (which is still named Kadence-woo-template-builder when downloaded).
But it won’t install. WP says it already exists !!!
What to do???? We have about 30 templates that won’t run on the webshop right now ……
I’m afraid of losing all templates when overwriting the plugin. Where are the templates kept?On other websites as well: Woo-Templates not working after Ascend update. (we use SiteOrigin and not Elementor WooCommerce which seems to have installed itself now ??). Please help fix.

Secondary navigation contains – Home – Gallery (with Drop down) – activities and contact(with drop down). If we click on menu with drop down (Gallery and contact) the gallery/Contact page opens. I just wish to deactivate (Gallery and Contact menu – with drop down) so that the the user selects from drop menu (when hovered upon) only. I hope I am clear. (https://mumslap.in)

I did not find on the answer to my search.
How to trigger the mobile menu from 1200 pixel? Let me explain: the menu is too long, the display is not good below 1200 pixels. The last word in the menu (CONTACT) goes to the line and makes the display of the image under the menu appear.

Hi Kevin, so sorry for very late response – project was delayed for a while.
There are quite a few different greys I’d like to change – I’m not sure if many of them are sub-elements of others, and thus could be adjusted in groups? You can see them on https://rollieuk.com and https://roll.ie (almost clones of each other, just adapted for local currency and contact info):
- I’d like to change the light grey borders around elements such as the Facebook and Twitter icons in the menu, and the ‘default sorting’ dropdown box and unselected view option box (list or grid view) as seen on, e.g., https://rollieuk.com/product-category/credit-card-rolls/.
- I’d like to change other grey elements such as left and right arrow backgrounds (unhovered, hovered) on carousels, as can be seen on the front page of rollieuk.com.
In the sidebar, I’d like to change the greys as follows:
- Search text input box – background colour, text, search icon
- Line appended to sidebar header (e.g. Product Categories, Roll Dimensions) and underlines below categories (e.g. Laundry rolls, Till Rolls, Credit Card Rolls)
Let me know what you think.
(For the musician website I mentioned, I went with the Bandsintown tour widget for calendar, so that’s sorted, thank-you! I also installed Spotify and Apple Music widgets, tho’ they’re not displaying in IE – guessing that’s unrelated to the theme tho’!)

Thanks, I see that your server has set your max upload size to 2mb. That is extremely small and explains everything. The Importer is 7mb, and so that is why you kept getting an error about the link expiring because that is the error that shows when your host prevents an upload larger than the set max.I uploaded through a workaround, so right now, you have the latest version, but you need to contact your hosting and have them increase your max upload size.
And more than that, I would seriously consider different hosting. It’s not common for this to be so low, and I usually only see settings like that on really outdated servers.

The control bar is sitting below the video, and the like/share buttons are overflowing outside of the video container. The video is also very small. The result is the same whether I use Vimeos responsive embed code or the kad_vimeo shortcode currently in use.
I have another Vimeo embedded on the homepage using the same shortcode which looks fine.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
