    Hi Kathy,
Thanks for reaching out. The Virtue contact form is meant to be basic. We do not have plan of implementing more features to it at this point.
If you’re using the Gutenberg editor then I suggest using the Form block from Kadence Blocks. If not, WP Forms is a good solution. Or Contact Form 7. From my understanding you can enter any email as the recipient. It does not need to be an email from the domain name. Are you experiencing differently?

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Hello,

I want to change the look and reply message when someone fills out the Virtue Contact form. I had saw the reply “Thanks, we’ll get back to you shortly.” (or something like that) is using css tag .thanks. However, when I change that tag nothing is working.

I’ve seen on the form you suggest using Contact Form 7 for customization, but my client is using his gmail email for everything and the Contact Form 7 wants an email from the domain name.

So I’m trying to figure out the easiest and best solution to change the Reply Test and have it be more in the middle of the page.

    Please advise.

    Thank you.
    Kathy

    Thanks for the link.

I did some troubleshooting and it looks like the issue comes from AntiSpam for Contact Form 7 plugin.

It will look okay if you deactivate it.

I suggest you contact the developer of that plugin, maybe there are some settings you need to change.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello

Can someone tell me if any free template or theme achieves a score of 100 or greater than 95 in performance in page speed insight once the site or page is finished with basic plugins such as google analytics, gravity forms contact forms, floating button for whatsapp? .

The template I use (web agency) when installing its value is 90 but as soon as I include some plugins the value drops too much (average performance of 75) and no matter how much I change plugins or install plugins to improve performance I can’t even get it to 90

If anyone has any suggestions to be able to implement a floating button that includes a button for calls and whatsapp that does not affect performance so much.

My knowledge in the creation of pages is minimal, it is my first time that I am making my page and I do not have technical knowledge either.

    Thanks

    Hello.

I’m trying to include a floating button for contact that has 2 buttons inside the button, one for a phone call and another for whatsapp, however I don’t see any option in the theme or in kadence block, I don’t have plugins premium or paid plugins, I do not have experience and technical knowledge, it is my first time creating my website, hopefully someone can help me with this.

I attach a picture of what I’m looking for

    Thank you

Thanks for all of your help, Teejay!

The problem goes away if I switch to the Twenty Twenty-Three theme. So, I’m contacting the support of my current theme.

    Thanks again,
    Damian

Thanks for your response, sorry for the delay. We started working on this but some things came up and it was forgotten until we were trying to post a new blog post.

I can’t change the post format, the only option available is ‘Standard.’ I’m not sure why that is, but maybe that’s the problem?

I made sure all the Appearance Blog settings match your screen.

I do have some errors in the console when editing a blog post, I will attach a screenshot.

We haven’t installed any new plug ins in a couple years. We did do an update to try to fix the issue, which didn’t work. There is another update available, I will have to contact our administrator to run them.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi Shawn,

Thanks for giving us website access.

    [Contact form 7]
As I can see on your production website, contact form 7 has some custom CSS added to the theme style.css which is missing in your staging website.

    Check the screencast: https://share.getcloudapp.com/WnumyEO5

Copy that CSS from the production theme style.css and add it to the staging website CSS by going to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

    [Blog issue: updated date]
There is one plugin WP Date Remover, which causes an issue, when I deactivate the plugin updated date is showing on your blog posts. Check the screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/04u6EKxq

    [Button URL]
I have changed the button URL, /course/courses/ Check the screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/z8uGLXmm

When you change the URL, then select the apply icon.

    Check the screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/z8uG4j0J

I hope this helps, please let us know if we can assist you further.

    Best Regards,
    Archita

    Hi There,

Thanks for contacting the Kadence Support team.

Kadence has no multisite compatibility issues based on our record. Can you ensure that the plugins required for the Starter Template are installed on the sub-website?

Can you check for Console-Logged errors whenever trying to import the Starter Template? https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/troubleshooting/how-to-view-console-log-errors/

If you receive errors, can you please send me a screenshot of them?

You can also consider granting me access to your website, so I can try importing the Starter Template and try to find the issue.
To allow me to investigate your site, install & activate the free WordPress plugin – Temporary Login Without Password: https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can grant me admin access to your site by sending me the temporary link generated. Once I get admin access, I’ll check your site & try to resolve the issue.

    Note:
Keep the expiry of a temporary login link for one month. You can post using “set as private reply”.

    Best Regards,
    Archita

    Hi Shawn,

Thanks for sharing the temp login, I did log in once, but it logged me out within some time. I am unable to log in again.
Please set the temp login for at least one week.

Changing the z-index is the correct way to resolve the issue.

[Also, is there a way to change the font size of the menu?]

You can change the font size from customize > Header > Primary Navigation > Design
    Check the screencast: https://share.getcloudapp.com/geuEdmpX

    [Faq section]
I have checked your website on different browsers, FAQ section is working fine.
    Check the screencast:https://share.getcloudapp.com/Kou9YAed

As you are using a cache plugin on your website. I recommend that you clear the cache, when you make changes on the website, or deactivate the cache in development mode.

Can you try clearing your Website and Browser Cache? https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-theme/knowledge-base/troubleshooting/clearing-your-website-cache/

    [Contact Form 7]
I have added the contact form 7 on my test website, everything is working as expected.
    Check the screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Nubvzg8

Unfortunately, Contact Form 7 is not our product, so we can’t fully help you with this.
It has its own HTML structure. You will need to add custom CSS/HTML to customize and change its design.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if we can assist you further.

    Best Regards,
    Archita

Ah that is related to SHE Media ads. Although I had selected to disable ads on that particular page where all these problems are happening. I will contact them about this problem – thank you so much for pinpointing the root of the issue!

    Hi @pranil.kealii,

Yes, it’s possible to create a pop-up contact form on the same page when a button is clicked. Here’s how you can do it:

    1. First, add a “Modal” block to your page
    2. In the modal block, add a “Form” block
    3. Change the button text to your preferred text
    4. Modify the button and pop-up styling via the right side pane
    5. Click the form to add more fields and set actions after users submit the form

See the screencast for the above steps:
    https://share.getcloudapp.com/RBurO9NQ

Learn how to use the Form Block:
    https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-blocks/form-block/

I hope this information helps. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let me know.

    Cheers,
    Eze
