    When I use the ipad and iphone, i’m unable to watch my embedded youtube videos in HD on my site. Its a low resolution which isnt good enough. Whereas on the computer, i’m able to change using options given on the below right. Is there any way I can change to allow mobile users to change the resolution or is this a youtube/iphone/pad thing?

    Doesn’t look like you have a “Secondary Navigation” menu in your appearance > menus page.

    Also note that on an ipad you should only be seeing the mobile navigation since you are in a touch environment.

    In theme options, home slider, I chose revolution slider and next line says no product found. I’m also getting error on the site. Again I’m on an IPad.

    Hmm, your the first to have such a situation. I have not every tested. In theory you would download it then upload to the site but IOS doesn’t have a great file system… You can read about some apps here: http://www.imore.com/how-deal-zip-files-your-iphone-or-ipad

    But if you would like just use the “Set as private reply” check box and post a login to your site. I can upload the theme for you.

    I want to create a mobile(360×640) revolution slider of what I currently have on the desktop and ipad and to only be used for this size screen. Ideally I want the slide design to be the full screen size of the phone. Is this possible? Could I just crop in on the images Im currently using and rearrange the animated text.

    the ipad seemed to want to add a link styling to the phone number. I just added a little css to remove that.

    a[href^=tel]{
    color:inherit;
    text-decoration:none;
}

    The issue may come up and I should be clear now. You have made your “primary color” the same as your background. That isn’t smart as the primary color is what color all your links will be. So since it was the same that is why you couldn’t see the phone number and it means you won’t be able to see any links if you added theme to your page content.

    Hi,

    I am in the middle of building a site but have noticed the numbers (digits) don’t appear to show on the pages when viewed on my iPad. They show on the desktop and iPhone versions fine though. Any suggestions for fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

    I forget your forcing the normal menu on ipad… use this:

    @media only screen and (device-width: 768px) and (min-width: 992px) {

    I am using a ipad air. Today the slider is good.
    But there is still something strange going on, now I have the desktop slider showing on my mobile phone!

    What causes that problem?

    Is there a way to disable the sidebar on mobile devices and use full-lenght mode in the landscape mode on tablet (iPad etc.)

    hi

    ok on this website: the secondary menu does not show up on the ipad, but it does on other screens- specifically i mean in the landscape orientation.

    I am confused as to why this is.

    I have not assigned a mobile menu, I am using responsive menu but the breakpoint is set to 992px. it works fine, I am just unclear why the menu is disappearing on this device. is there a media query i need to override somewhere? on normal screens it behaves as it should.

    Hey Alex,

    You can add this css to make the standard menu show on a ipad in landscape:

    @media (min-width: 992px) {

    }

    	display: block;
    }
	#kad-mobile-nav {
	display: none;
	height: auto;
	}

    The mobile slider shouldn’t show in a tablet. What tablet are you using? It’s not about screen size with this. It’s about the browser.

    Hi, I’ve installed V Premium and demo content for other sites but for some reason The Kadence Slider is not showing. The Revolution Slider and Cyclone are installed. I tried again but no luck. I really like the Kadence Slider and don’t know why it’s not been imported. Please could you help. Thanks. Sue

    Hello, I use the virtue Theme and have some image menus there (six boxes on the main page)(moebl.co.nz) on the Ipad or Iphone the size of these image menus are not changing and it looks really bad. Is there a way to fix it (or how can I deactivate the mobile Version)? cheers, maurice

    My question is how to disable the sidebar at the landscape view on mobile device (iPad etc.) too.
