    I have encountered incorrect scrolling behavior under the following condition:

    When an expanded accordion item has very long content (i.e. you have to scroll down to view all of its content), then when you open/expand another accordion item below it, the page generally scrolls/jumps to the bottom of the page. It appears to be related to the originally long accordion item closing while it tries to open the new accordion item.

    If I turn off the block setting of “Panes close when another opens”, then the problem doesn’t happen.

    Hi everyone,

    I’m having an issue where 4 specific images on my homepage do not load on mobile devices. They work fine on desktop browsers. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

    Cleared browser cache

    Tried incognito mode

    Tested across multiple mobile devices and networks

    Confirmed the images load properly on desktop

    Despite these efforts, the issue persists only on mobile. I’ve checked the image paths, and they are correct. The images are in standard formats (.jpg and .png), and they are not lazy-loaded or hidden via CSS (as far as I can tell).

    My website is jashanservices.com

    Thanks!

    Hi Piotr,

    Yes, you can create a slider with dynamic content using Kadence Blocks Pro. The Advanced Slider Block in Kadence Blocks Pro allows you to build sliders, and you can use the Dynamic Content feature to pull in content from your WordPress database or custom fields. This means you can display dynamic information—such as post titles, images, or custom field data—within your slider slides.

    To set this up:

    – Add the Advanced Slider Block to your page.
    – Within each slide, insert blocks that support dynamic content (like Advanced Text, Advanced Image, etc.).
    – Use the Dynamic Content icon in the block toolbar or settings to select the dynamic source (e.g., post title, featured image, custom field).

    For more details on dynamic content, check this out: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-blocks/dynamic-content/

    Let us know how we could help you further.

    Kind Regards,
    Michael Taro

    Hi Nadine,

    Thanks for reporting this.

    Try adding this custom CSS to fix the issue:

    .woocommerce form .show-password-input,.woocommerce-page form .show-password-input {
        position: absolute;
        right: .7em;
        cursor: pointer;
        top: 50%;
        translate: 0 -50%;
        padding: initial;
        background: initial;
        color: initial;
        box-shadow: none;
        border: none
    }

    .password-input {
        position: relative;
    }

    .woocommerce form .show-password-input::after,.woocommerce-page form .show-password-input::after {
        content: "";
        display: block;
        background-color: #000;
        mask-image: url(data:image/svg+xml;base64,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);

    You can definitely turn your WooCommerce shop into a simple product catalog. Since you’ve already hidden the price and cart button on the single product page, you’ll also need to target the product archive pages. This can be done with a small custom CSS or PHP snippet added to your theme. For example, using display:none; on the archive price class will hide them completely. That way, your shop will display items like a “Tote bag” or any other product without showing prices or add-to-cart options. This method is clean and keeps your WooCommerce store functioning purely as a catalog.

    Hi there,

    We’d like to provide you guidance on this.

    I understand you’re having issues with how your site appears on mobile devices. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you quickly improve your mobile design using Kadence:

    – Preview Your Site in Mobile View:
    – In the WordPress Customizer, click the mobile icon at the bottom to preview your site as it appears on mobile devices.
    – Adjust Mobile Settings in the Customizer:
    – Go to Appearance > Customize.
    – Look for sections like Header, Typography, and Layout—many have mobile-specific settings.
    – Adjust padding, font sizes, and visibility for mobile.
    – Check Kadence Blocks Responsive Controls:
    – When editing a page or post, select any block.
    – Use the device icons (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile) in the block settings sidebar to set different styles for each device.
    – Optimize Your Header for Mobile:
    – In the Customizer, go to Header.
    – Use the mobile header builder to rearrange or hide elements specifically for mobile view.
    – How to Customize the Kadence Header
    – Clear Cache:
    – If you use a caching plugin or server cache, clear it after making changes to ensure you see updates.

    With a recent version WooCommerce has added a “Show password input” button next to its login and register forms on /my-account and on /checkout pages

    Here’s a screenshot:

    As you see this button is hardly visible and would need some styling. I am not sure what it would look like in a non-Virtue theme. But the way Virtue Premmium shows it looks wrong. So maybe either style it or hide it.

    Hi Dan!

    Is there a page that we can view so we’ll know the exact blocks you’re using for the layout? You can set your response as private so only the support team members can see it.

    On the other hand, if you are adding a Buttons(Adv) block as the read more links, you’ll need to add a vertical alignment for each Section inside the Row Layout block and set the top margin of the Buttons(Adv) block to Auto.

    This will make them all align at the bottom. Watch this: https://share.zight.com/wbugqkEA

    Let me know how we can assist you further here.

    Hi there!

    Links should be clickable. In the past topic, some styles affected their links. I can help you further with this if you provide your page with the issue.

    You can check the “Set as private reply” so only the support team members can see your website URL.

    Hey there,

    Welcome to Kadence Support. We are here to help.

    Can you let us know how you are adding Footnotes? (Which plugin?)

    When you say horizontal rule, are you referring to a divider? If so, you can try using some Custom CSS like this:

    .footnotes {
      border-top: 1px solid #ccc; /* horizontal line */
      margin-top: 2em;            /* spacing above */
      padding-top: 1em;           /* spacing below line */
    }

    However, you may need to modify the selector depending on how your Footnotes are being implemented. You can also consider sharing a link to a page with footnotes on it. Then, we can try to specify the CSS for your use case better.

    If this isn’t what you were referring to, please let us know what you are trying to achieve instead.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi there,

    We’d like to provide you guidance on this.

    That is odd.

    It is not showing like that on my test website. The box shouldn’t disappear when the x button is clicked. See this: https://www.loom.com/share/2ea94f6f696a4081b960ab8f317ac9cb

    Are you using the Ascend Premium theme? And also which version.

    Please try and delete the theme. Grab a fresh copy of the latest version from your Kadence Downloads page and reinstall it. See if that fixes the issue: https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/downloads/

    Hi,
    I’ve got a custom permalink structure: /%category%/%postname%/

    On the archive page the pagniation permalinks are like thise:

    When I click on them I get this error:
    Oops! That page can’t be found.

    If I revert back to Plain permalink structure things working as they should.

    I also have a “.” added as category base because otherwise the word “category” would be added to the URL.

    So, what should I do to make pagination working.
    Optimally, I’d like to implement infinite scrolling but I haven’t found any option for that yet.

    Hey Kadence community,

    I’ve been using Kadence for a while now (love how lightweight and customizable it is) and recently started building plugins to make WooCommerce stores even smoother. The project is called Plugincy
    .

    So far, I’ve released two plugins:

    One Page Quick Checkout – helps reduce cart abandonment by streamlining the checkout process onto a single page.

    Dynamic AJAX Product Filters – instant filtering without page reloads (works great with Kadence layouts).

    I’m curious to hear from other Kadence users:

    Do you see value in these kinds of plugins for WooCommerce stores?

    Any must-have features you wish checkout or product filters had with Kadence?

    Bonus: if you’ve paired Kadence + WooCommerce + performance plugins, what’s worked best for you?

    I’d really appreciate your thoughts and feedback — trying to build tools that actually solve pain points for store owners.
    Site is Plugincy.com
    if you’d like to check it out.

    Hi @martinamikolas-art,

    I’m glad you reached out. I’d be happy to help.

    The Blog Page is an Archive Page, so any content you add directly to the page editor won’t appear as expected on the frontend. That’s why you’re seeing a different layout.

    If you’d like to customize your blog page row layout, you have a couple of options:

    • Use the Customizer settings > Posts/Pages Layout > Archive Layout.

    Check the video for reference: https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quJRdwA

    Check the documentation here: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/archive-layout-settings/

    I hope this helps, and let us know if we can assist you further.

    Kind regards,

    Hi @andrew-4339,

    Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the details. I tried to replicate the issue you described, but I wasn’t able to see the same behavior on my end, setting the Custom Content Max Width to 70% worked correctly both in the editor and the frontend. Check the screencast for reference: https://share.zight.com/mXuXz8Je

    Since it’s showing properly in the editor but not on the live site, it’s possible there may be some theme or CSS overrides at play.

    A few things you can check:
    •Clear any caching (browser cache, plugin cache, or server-level caching) to be sure you’re seeing the latest changes. https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/clearing-your-website-cache/
    •Inspect the section on the frontend (right-click > Inspect) to see if any CSS rules are overriding the content max width.
    •Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme to confirm if the issue persists.

    Could you also share a link to the page where this is happening? That will help us check if something specific in your setup is affecting the layout.

    Looking forward to your reply so we can get this sorted.

    Best regards,
    Archita
