    Hi Frank,

My apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I took a look at your site and it’s difficult to say for sure what happening with your shop. It seems as if the shop and search results pages are being taken over by some other process or plugin. If I visit your shop page, I’m not seeing any products but your archives do seem to be working. Your regular WordPress search seems to be working as well.

I see you have several third-party plugins that are not related to Virtue. I would check into these (and any other plugins) to see if they may be interfering somehow with your shop and/or search results. If you had a developer build the site for you, you may want to reach out to them to see if they have any insight as to what’s going on.

To troubleshoot yourself, if you have a staging site, try deactivating all plugins on staging and reactivate them one at a time to see if you can isolate what’s causing the issue. If you don’t have a staging site, you can troubleshoot by installing the WordPress Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin on your live site. Here’s a help doc that will show you how to do that.

I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any questions or if you find any additional information that might help narrow down the cause.

    Thanks!
    Anthony

OK so basically there is no Search results page. if someone does a search the ajax feature will create a dropdown of results. At the bottom of those results is a Search More Results text and when that is clicked on it seems to go to /shop page and not any Search Results page.
Also if you don’t wait to the and just type search word and hit Enter… same result
On this one site this is the page the user gets

So I use the setting to no longer include the “Search More results” link but issue is still there.
Seemingly there is no longer a Search Results page?

    #294823

I managed to make it work by changing the page settings to full width. I guess that’s what it is?

Here is an example page where the gallery is not showing: https://studiofilrouge.com/louvre-abu-dhabi-conception-lumiere/

    Hello,

I am experiencing the same problem as described by Nitin in this thread.
In the back-end editor, the Kadence Advanced Gallery block works fine and all images are visible. However, on the front-end, no images are displayed (only blank space).

    I have already tried:

Deactivating all plugins except Kadence Blocks – Gutenberg Blocks for Page Builder Features,

    Clearing cache,

Making sure WordPress, theme and plugins are up to date.

Unfortunately, the issue is still there.
Here is an example page where the gallery is not showing

Could you please assist me in resolving this?

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Best regards,
    David

I have a simple page with a row in which I’ve added a posts block showing three posts. I have turned on the Inner Column Height 100% option and the posts show up as the same height in preview mode, but when I go the live page, they are incorrect heights. I’ve tried with multiple browsers, but no luck. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong? Thanks so much.

I’ve posted a support ticket – since updating 3.5.19 the Gallery carousel set to autoplay, fade, one image at a time, only displays one image and then blanks for the remainder. This also affects the row background slider set to autoplay, fade.
Affected several of my sites with different plugins and themes so I don’t think it is a conflict issue. I’m posting here as other devs may want to check their sites.
My fix until a plugin update is to turn off autoplay or change from fade to slide, whichever suits the page design better.

    Hi Joanne,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. You may need to reach out to Brevo support as their documentation is not very clear on the topic. I thought it sounded as if this URL was optional. If not, perhaps they are looking for some sort of “thank you” landing page after opt-in? Hopefully their support can clear up the purpose of this URL.

Please be sure to write back when you hear from them for the benefit of others that might run across the same issue.

    Thanks!

I have two sites which use Kadence and infinite scroll plugins YITH on one ( and Catch Infinite Scroll on the other (

Both work fine on Kadence 1.2.28, but on upgrading both sites to 1.3.1, the scrolling gets messed up on desktop view. Essentially, the first page loads, and then when you scroll, the additional cards all bunch under the fourth column.

I reverted back to 1.2.28 and everything worked fine again.

    Is this a known issue?

It seems like the “Number of items” setting in the Kadence Posts block might need adjusting. Go to the page with the block, change the number of posts in the block settings, and save the changes.

If you’re running a website for estate agents, this should help your latest property listings appear automatically. For more details, check out the Kadence Help Center https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/how-to-setup-page-post-settings/ .

It’s not about creating a “Search Results” page manually — WooCommerce and WordPress generate search results dynamically. If both the plugin and theme search send you back to the shop, it usually means the search query isn’t being passed or the results template is missing/overridden. Check your theme’s search.php or archive-product.php files, and make sure permalinks are saved again in Settings → Permalinks. Also test with a default theme like Storefront to see if it’s theme‑related — that will tell you if you need to fix the template or the search form itself.

    #294763

It’s a e-Commerce site with with WooCommerce and issue was notice using Ad. Woo Search. The Live search works fine but when clicking “See All Results” it just links to I think the “Shop” page but it does not show a search results page. The link when you hover over the View All results link you see “/#” for the link.
Anyways…. I then disabled Adv. Woo Search plugin and have same issue with theme search tools. Type in text hit enter and no results just links back to shop page.
So I guess I’ve managed to loose a search results page??? Is it as simple as creating a new page and title it “Search Results” 🙂

    Hi there,

We’d like to provide you guidance on this.

To update the default pagination button color to match your theme’s style in KadenceWP, you can follow these steps:

    1. Access the Advanced Query Loop Block Settings: Go to the page or post where you have the Query Loop (Adv) Block.
    2. Navigate to Style Settings of the Pagination block: Within the block settings, find the Style Settings section.
    3. Adjust Button Styles: Here, you can set the Button Styles for both the Normal and Hover States. Use the Color option to set a color that matches your theme.
    4. Set Background Color: Use the Type option to choose between a solid Color or Gradient for the background. Then, use the Background Color option to set your desired color.
    5. Customize Borders: You can also set a Border Color, Size, and Radius to further align with your theme’s style.
    6. Preview Changes: Make sure to preview your changes to ensure they match your theme’s style.

For more detailed instructions, you can refer to the Kadence WP Documentation on Advanced Query Loop Block: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-blocks/advanced-query-loop-block/

Let us know if we can assist you further.

    Kind Regards,

I have a background image working really well when shown on the webpage.
But the background image is behind the area where you edit the content of the pages. It is a dark background so I can not see to edit the content. Why is there even a background there?

It was OK … so I must have changed something.

    Hello Kadence Support Team,

I’d like to customize the appearance of my category pages, specifically the pagination button colors, so they better match my site’s design.

    Details:

    Website URL: Team Names

Current Issue: The default pagination button color doesn’t align with my site’s color scheme. I’d like to update it to match my theme’s style.

Could you please guide me on how to make this adjustment? If custom CSS is required, I’d greatly appreciate any code snippets and instructions.

Thank you so much for your support!

    Hi there,

We’d like to provide you guidance on this.

Not sure what white space you are referring to on the page. Is this what you were referring to? https://imghostr.com/cb400f_a63

I looked at your site and saw that you had setup an automated Google Ads placer and this is the space it allocates the Ads: https://imghostr.com/f40978_7yh

If you want it removed, check with the plugin’s setting for it.

Let us know how we could help you further.

I have the same issue; it is the section for my custom post, and I used sidebar-2 for this section.
I tried multiple Additional CSS, but it still does not work.
The page I need support with is https://findchinatour.com/scenic_spots/
The filter is used and correctly set: I enabled “Sidebar on top” in the settings, so the filters should move above the posts on mobile. The filter is collapsed (as expected), but it still appears at the bottom of the page instead of the top.
