Hi There,
I cant get rid of the white space below the slider on the home page.
I have tried just about everything so far from uninstalling the slider checking the modules on the page to trying out various CSS fixes I found in the forums.
Im using virtue premium Version: 4.9.24

Hi James,
You can change the image from your static home page. Edit the page builder row and set the background for the row.
You can upload a logo image from Theme Options > Main Settings > Logo Options.

My team has bought the Kadence Slider Pro plugin. I’m using a free version of the Pinnacle theme. I’ve managed to place the slider on the website’s main page by enabling the “page content”* part under the “main page”* section in “theme options”* and using a shortcode on a page that’s set as homepage. This does not produce the result I want however. I would like to have a full width slider placed under the site’s navigation similar to the way that the theme’s demo page looks: *Login to see link Is it possible with the free version of the theme?

You can do this by setting your homepage as a static page and add a full width row to your page with a fixed background image. Can you tell me which editor or page builder you’re using?Hannah

Thanks for the login! In order for the image to keep its original ratio and stay in the small container that it’s in, it is having to display small like that. Does that make sense? For the portrait image to keep its original height without the width going out of the container it has to display small unless you increased the container size.
The toolbar menu I was referring to is above your actual block in the edit page. Though I didn’t realize you were adding your block to a column and not a row, so I don’t believe this setting will do what you’re after.

The image ratio is set to “Inherit”.
You mention “an option in the toolbar above the slider to set the slider to full width.” Should that be visible in the screenshot I sent above?

Just a note you can’t add all your images from all your albums and show as a gallery.
A gallery is a single gallery, an album is a group of galleries. You can’t combined single galleries on a page. Does that make sense?

Oh sorry, I didn’t realize that’s all you were after. You can choose to move the slider above the header on the homepage from Theme Options > Home Slider.

Sorry, there isn’t a built-in option to change the summary length for testimonials, but what you could do is paste your entire testimonial into the Excerpt box in your testimonial edit page. Would this work for you?Hannah

It seems like all of the sudden, we are facing formatting errors when we are using orderby=date in a shortcode.
For example, our homepage uses this shortcode: [carousel type=”cat-products” orderby=date xscol=”2″ sscol=”2″ items=”8″ columns=”4″] to display the newest items in a carousel format. However, when we include the “orderby=date” in the shortcode, the formatting becomes totally off. See link below.
We are using this shortcode in our New Arrivals page too, and the formatting is completely off as well. Moreover, some products will show the “Select Options” or “Add to cart” button on the catalogue page, when it shouldn’t.
We are facing this issue all of the sudden when there was no such issue previously. We look forward to your assistance.
