Hey,
1. Yeah you can enabled the sticky header using the standard header layout. Are you just seeing white page below it? I would guess you have a javascript error on your site in that case, and that can be because of your server set up. this still on your local host?2. Yes secondary menu is part of the header so when you turn on sticky the whole header would stick.
3. No, You can have a sticky header with a banner. Thats makes for a large sticky header but you can do it.
I don’t know how to offer advice to me these kinds of errors point to an issue with the server, if there is anyway you can set up a live server I could check your settings.

We’re currently making a website ( http://www.cfultimatum.com ) and we have some problems with the menu on iPhone 6+ and iPad, The mobile menu doesn’t show up. But it does show up on a Samsung Note 4. Also, We use Slider Revolution and it doesn’t show up on iPhone and iPhone as well. Any solution for that? Thank you

Hey Alexander,
You don’t get a activation code when using the slider through a theme license. When you purchased a theme you got access to use the plugin on one site through the themes license. This is separate from direct licensing from the plugin authors and there has always been a way for you to enter a purchase code if you wanted direct support and updates from the plugin authors (on previous versions of the slider it was hidden by defualt).Recently the revolution slider plugin authors have made a push to offer some special things if you get a license directly from them. Things like direct updates from them instead of having to get updates as the theme updates. and direct support from them, they also started offering some demo sliders that they are calling “premium templates” and this is just a quick way to add some demo sliders that you can copy.
So to sum up you don’t need to add a purchase code to use the slider on the one domain that you get per license of this theme but if you wish to use the slider on more then one domain you have to get another license on a per domain basis from the plugin authors. For updates you just need to update the theme. For example if you update the theme today then you will get a notice that you can update the revolution slider to the latest 5.1.5

We talked, via forum, a few months ago concerning the issue of the updated versions of the Revolution Slider: I love it 😀 but they took out some of the Thumbnail Styles that would allow you to say have more than twenty (20) slides where the thumbnails are located at the bottom of each page (Horizontal thumbnails) so when a viewer hovers their mouse over the Slider Thumbnails the Thumbnail Style will automatically move from left to right (over all twenty (20) slides) as you move your mouse from left to right, I’m sorry, I don’t know the name of this style of thumbnail. 🙁
If I show more than 13 slide thumbnails (Horizontally) they get cut off (you can not see the rest of them).
You kindly sent me this link to see if I could find the right Thumbnail Style unfortunately I viewed mostly Vertical Bullet Styles but the Vertical Bullet Styles are not mobile friendly, for my website, because my picture slides are of text wording throughout and the bullets cover up some of the words. Could You possibly send this message to the creators of the Revolution Slider and request for me 🙂 that they add back the other Thumbnail Styles, in a future Virtue Revolution update?

Hey,
You seem to be adding the logo into the topbar and not the logo area but you seem to be setting the logo height to 300px?Based on the site I would suggest doing that you have in the header and not the topbar. Then setting the height of the header to whatever you want.

That comment section is a part of WooCommerce. I don’t think that you can enable it on parts of the site that aren’t related to products you’re selling. Maybe you could use the tab shortcodes to create something similar. I’m unable to figure it out on my test site though.

Hate to bother, but I’ve got a bit of an issue here that i haven’t been able to figure out yet. Hopefully it’s just something i’m overlooking
For some strange reason, pictures from my gallery do not show up at all using the Pinnacle Gallery widget, regardless of what area of the site i assign the widget to.
Strange thing is, the title for the pinnacle gallery widget does show up in the assigned area. So it seems as the widget is writing to the page correctly, but it simply cannot see the gallery.
Furthermore, the Pinnacle Carousel and Pinnacle Post Grid both work as intended by displaying images from those pages into the widget area, giving me further reason to believe the issue is related to my gallery and how the widget sees it
I cleared the cache several times and deactivated all plugins, but that did not help. Also switched the gallery to use standard format (my gallery was originally using masonry). The gallery images still did not appear in the widget.
Is there something i’m supposed to do to make the widget see my gallery, or is this some sort of bug?
I’d rather not use a 3rd party gallery widget due to fears it might compromise the site’s functionality, but I’d be more than happy to use one you’d recommend.Unfortunately, the issue is a bit sensitive, so i hope i can hear back soon. I’d appreciate any assistance.

I have a few Qs re: the Product Archive / Shop page (called ‘Our Food’ on my site):
1) Is it possible to remove the sorting dropdown in the top right corner?
2) On this page only the background image appears to be stretched – do you know how to change this?
3) Do you know how to change what appears in the browser tab when on this page? At the top of my Chrome in the relevant tab it says “Product Archive” and I would like it to say “Our Food”.Thanks as ever & happy Christmas / New Year!
