In reply to: Can't scroll down
Hello Kolbie,
This seems to be something caused by a plugin on your site. I suggest first going through each active plugin on your site and deactivating them one by one.
After each plugin is deactivated be sure that you’re clearing your cache, and view the pages on your site.
Let me know if you find any plugin responsible for this.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeTopic: Can't scroll down
I am unable to scroll down to content on any of my pages at http://www.rogueauroraphotography.com. It used to work. I have tried clearing my cache and restarting my computer, but still no. Does it do that to you?
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Transparent Header
That fixed the one problem, but now I have another. I have the transparent header activated on the home page only. I also have a full-screen slider set up that should be behind that. But for some reason the header is all white and my slider doesn’t go to the top. It did not used to do this. I’ve tried clearing my cache and even restarted my machine. Do you have any thoughts?

In forum: Virtue ThemeI assign one page as the front from page settings->reading and it shows the page as home page. Than I change the settings back to upper one (newest posts?) back and the home page changes as posts(or the set page from theme options->home layouts). Than I change settings back(assign a front page) but it still shows the post page. I checked the permalink of the page, OK it is changed as the link of the home page but it just shows the posts. I tried this on many copies. Same thing happens. Is it cache problem? I cleaned many times cache. By the way If I assign shop page than it show the shop page as home page. Another point if I assign a front page it shows also the pop up of the page if there is, but the view is posts(or the set page from theme options->home layouts)

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: sidebar disappears
Hey Rick,
You should be able to create as many sidebars you’d like under Theme Options> Misc Settings. If your sidebars are disappearing, then you’ve got something breaking the functionality of your site, probably a plugin.
The first thing I would test is your plugins by going through and deactivating one by one to see if your sidebars reappear. also be sure that you’re clearing your site’s cache after creating the sidebars, though the cache shouldn’t affect anything in your dashboard.
Also be sure that you’re up to date on all plugins and wordpress.
Let me know if this is helpful.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn forum: Virtue ThemeHi Guys, I don’t know if this has anything to do with Virtue but I can’t find/fix it.
I replaced form-checkout.php from the prior woocommerce version but no change.I’ve cleared every cache II can find as well as cookies, no avail.
I’ll send a pic in an immediately following post here.
Thanks a lot if you can help, John

Hello Glenda,
Did you set the sidebar to be off in the page edit screen under Blog List Options? It appears that the sidebar is still being assigned through there.
If it is not assigned in that area, then clear your cache to make sure the settings are reflected.
Let me know if this doesn’t make a difference, and if you want to post a temporary login in a private reply, I can take a look at the settings.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Blank blog page
Hello Bob,
It appears that something is blocking your blog posts from displaying. And on top of that the page takes a very long time to load.
The first thing that I would check is your plugins.
Go through the active plugins on your site, and deactivate one by one, clearing your cache and checking your blog site while each individual plugin is inactive.
Let me know if you’re able to find a plugin responsible for this.

I’m only seeing the image from the lightbox in both the gallery and the lightbox.
It’s likely that the image was still loading from your cache and now your site has caught up.
If you haven’t already, clear your cache and take a second look. You should see the correct image after that.
