In forum: Kadence ThemeOctober 28, 2025 at 1:19 am #295288Hi there,
I’m using the Kadence Theme and Kadence Blocks for my site — everything’s working great except I’m facing a small issue customizing the header layout. Here’s my site for reference:
👉xnxubdvpnbrowsers.proThe header logo alignment and mobile toggle don’t seem to adjust properly when resizing. I’ve tried clearing cache and reapplying global settings but still no luck.
Could anyone guide me on how to properly adjust this with Kadence Customizer or custom CSS?
Thanks in advance!
In forum: Membership ForumsHi team
I keep seeing this kadence-recaptcha error
ERROR: CAPTCHA verification failed. If you are human please try a different browser and without a VPN.
– I am not on a VPN and
– I am using the Cloudflare Turnstile
– kadence keys have been entered
– I get the same issue even after clearing cache,
– same even when trying from a different incognito browserThe only way to solve it is to disable the kadence-recaptcha plugin from with the server.
Any ideas?
In forum: Kadence BlocksIn reply to: kadence custom single post
AnonymousOctober 27, 2025 at 8:33 am #295276Hi there,
We’d like to provide you guidance on this.
Thanks for explaining your setup! You want to create a custom single template for posts in a specific category (or ACF category), but your main custom single template keeps overriding it. Here’s how you can achieve this with Kadence Elements Templates.
Step-by-Step: Custom Single Template for a Specific Category
1. Create a New Elements Template
1a. Go to Appearance > Kadence > Elements and click “Add New.”
1b. Choose the Element Type: Template.
2. Design Your Template: Build your custom layout using blocks as needed.
3. Set Display Settings
3a. In the “Element Settings” panel, scroll to Display Settings.
3b. Under “Show On,” select Single Posts.
3c. Under “Select Posts By,” choose Category.
3d. Pick the specific category (or categories) you want this template to apply to.
4. Set Priority: If you have multiple templates that could apply, set a higher priority number for this category-specific template than your default single template. Higher numbers take precedence.
5. Publish: Save and publish your Element.Troubleshooting Tips:
– Priority is Key: If your main template has a higher or equal priority, it will override more specific templates. Always set the category-specific template’s priority higher.
– Check Conditions: Make sure you’re not also targeting “All Singular” or “All Single Posts” with your main template at a higher priority.
– Clear Cache: If you use caching, clear it after making changes. For more details, see the Kadence Elements Templates documentation: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/creating-a-template-element/

October 27, 2025 at 3:51 am #295273Hi @destroy666,
Welcome to Kadence Support.
Thanks for taking the time to explain what you’re seeing. I completely understand how frustrating that must feel, especially when something as basic as URLs isn’t behaving as expected.
I tested this on my end using the free Kadence Theme and Blocks and wasn’t able to replicate the issue: YouTube and Vimeo URLs are saving and displaying correctly in the Video block. Here’s a quick reference video showing it working as expected:
- Video Block: https://share.zight.com/o0uzbLGD
- Button link: https://share.zight.com/kpuG9ZRj
If the video URL is being cleared or not saved, there might be something interfering with your site. Could you please check the following?
1. Plugin conflict: Temporarily deactivate all non-Kadence plugins and test again. If it works, reactivate them one by one to find which one is causing the issue. Check the documentation: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/temporarily-deactivating-plugins/
2. Caching: Clear any caching or optimization plugin (like SiteGround Optimizer or WP Rocket) and your browser cache.
3. Block type: Make sure you’re using the Kadence Video block (not the core WordPress Video block).
4. Relative URLs: Kadence requires full URLs (like https://youtube.com/…) for embedded media; relative URLs (/something) aren’t supported in embed fields. If none of these help, could you please share what version of the Kadence Theme and Kadence Blocks you’re using, along with the block name where the issue occurs? That’ll help narrow down what’s happening.

ArchitaIn forum: Kadence ThemeOctober 24, 2025 at 2:00 am #295251Hi @sam-aguiar,
Welcome to Kadence Support.
If the featured images are visible in the editor but missing on the frontend, here are the main things to check:
1. Goto customize > Posts/pages layout > Archive layout
2. Scroll down to Post Item Layout
3. Enable the Featured image option: https://share.zight.com/6qu4mmOrIf the issue persists, here’s how you can troubleshoot the issue:
1. Deactivate Plugins One by One
– Temporarily deactivate your plugins one at a time and check if the issue resolves.
– This will help identify if a specific plugin is causing the problem.
– Refer to this documentation for detailed instructions: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/temporarily-deactivating-plugins/2. Check for Console Errors
– Use your browser’s developer tools to check for any errors in the console.
– Here’s a documentation on how to do this: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/how-to-view-console-log-errors/3. Clear the Website Cache
– Cached files can sometimes cause issues. Clear your website cache following this documentation: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/clearing-your-website-cache/4. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
– Your browser may be storing outdated information. Clear the browser cache and cookies using this documentation: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-general/clearing-your-browser-data/Can you share the website URL with us? You can post it as a private reply
I hope that helps.

In forum: Kadence ThemeIn reply to: Images Not Showing
October 24, 2025 at 12:52 am #295249Hi kafleenqalmar,
I checked your website, and the images are currently displaying correctly on my end. The file paths show that the images were uploaded in September 2025, so it doesn’t appear that you recently reuploaded them as a fix.
Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.zight.com/nOuOAAn8
Could you please share a few examples or specific pages where the images are not appearing on your end? This will help us narrow down whether the issue is related to caching or something else.
I also noticed that your website uses LiteSpeed Cache and WP Fastest Cache. Having both caching plugins active at the same time can sometimes cause unexpected behavior, such as missing or delayed image loading. You might want to try clearing both caches or temporarily deactivating one of them to see if that resolves the issue.
Please let us know; we’ll be happy to help.
Best regards,
Teejay. In forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: Missing Ascend Social Link
October 23, 2025 at 10:30 am #295244It’s definitely frustrating when social icons like Twitter disappear, even when correctly set up in the Ascend Theme’s widget area! Since this is an older post, a common fix often involved a simple cache flush or ensuring no conflicting code was hiding the icon. For those checking this now, the newer Kadence Header Builder makes social links much easier to manage. Was the final fix for this specific issue a simple CSS adjustment, or was it related to the theme’s widget rendering logic?
In forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: Kadence Form issue – not submitting and no message
October 16, 2025 at 2:07 am #295154I have a submission that failed, and another failed, called something else the other day.
HAVE INSTALLED
1) WP Mail SMTP
2) Kadence theme & Kadence blocks
2) WP Super Cache (from Automattic, the holy grail place of WordPress…)
4) I have just installed Captcha
5) I have, but just stopped using, reCaptcha
6) latest WordPress versionIn my case, I have used cach to clean out the cach.
I had a perfectly working contact page using Kadence Form block yesterday, lunchtime EU time. Then I tried to implement, at lunchtime USA time (Cant be a thing, but, funny nonetheless). I replaced the kadence form block with kadence Advanced Form block. And now it just isn’t working. Same settings but one worked, the new adv form says: “Submission failed”.
I`ve tried the whole – almost – to figure out what the problem is, while also replacing reCaptcha with hCapthca instead. Still – of course, none is working.
I also noticed on a Kadence form previously, sometimes in “Email To Addres” and “From Name” sometimes work with to without one of the two filled and one empty.
Anyway, anyhow, in KAdence Advanced Form block Email settings I have filled in my email address (the admin) in both Email to address & From name field.
I am going if not bananas, at least something over here in old Sweden.
I also use this KAdence recommendation as a support: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/form-block/#settings-and-styling
Thanks for any input and help,
Stefan LIn forum: Kadence ThemeOctober 14, 2025 at 12:02 pm #295137I ran into a similar issue while setting up my site https://wardronemodapk.com/
, which also uses Kadence. WP Dashboard → Settings → Reading → set “Blog pages show at most” to 12 → Save.If using Kadence Query Loop or a block-based loop: edit the Blog/Archive page, select the Query Loop block → Settings → Posts per page → set to 12.
Clear any caching/plugin caches (WP Rocket, server cache, CDN).
If still 10, search your child theme’s functions.php for pre_get_posts or a custom query limiting posts and remove or adjust that limit.
Final check: open site in incognito and on mobile to confirm 12 posts show.
In forum: Kadence ThemeIn reply to: Agency Starter Template logo can’t be changed?
Thank you so much for asking this question, I wasted 2 hours trying to figure out what went wrong. Tried everything, clearing caches, disabling plugins… The logo upload function in the transparent header section was so discreet. It’s very confusing for a new Kadence user using a starter template. Hope the support team add this solution to the FAQ.
In forum: Kadence BlocksIn reply to: kadence-blocks preventing PHP update
October 8, 2025 at 4:33 am #295089This is usually a version/conflict issue, not Kadence itself—on the problem site, update all plugins/themes first (including matching versions of Kadence Blocks Free/Pro and Kadence Theme), clear caches (page/object/OPcache), then try PHP 8 again on a staging copy. If it still fails, temporarily deactivate Kadence Starter Templates (it’s only needed for importing), switch to a default theme, and reattempt; use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to enable plugins one by one under PHP 8 and check wp-content/debug.log for the exact fatal. Reinstalling Kadence Blocks clean (delete, then fresh install) often resolves leftover files from older versions causing the check to fail.
In forum: Kadence ThemeIn reply to: Images not loading on mobile devices
October 3, 2025 at 2:38 am #295064Welcome to Kadence Support.
I checked your website on my end, and I’m unable to replicate the issue. All the images are loading fine on mobile.Check the attached screenshots.
Since it’s happening only on your side, here are a few things you can try:
- Clear any caching at the server/hosting level (if enabled): https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/clearing-your-website-cache/
- Disable any performance or optimization plugins temporarily to test.
- Check your browser console for errors when loading on mobile: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/how-to-view-console-log-errors/
Let me know if the issue persists after these checks, and if possible, please share a quick screencast so I can see exactly how it appears on your end.

ArchitaIn forum: Kadence ThemeOctober 2, 2025 at 2:31 pm #295063Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue where 4 specific images on my homepage do not load on mobile devices. They work fine on desktop browsers. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Cleared browser cache
Tried incognito mode
Tested across multiple mobile devices and networks
Confirmed the images load properly on desktop
Despite these efforts, the issue persists only on mobile. I’ve checked the image paths, and they are correct. The images are in standard formats (.jpg and .png), and they are not lazy-loaded or hidden via CSS (as far as I can tell).
My website is jashanservices.com
Thanks!

September 26, 2025 at 4:37 am #295024Sounds like a solid plan! fl studio mobile old version download Adjusting the PHP limits and clearing out the cache is a great first step. If the error still shows up, testing for plugin conflicts one by one should point you in the right direction. Fingers crossed that this sorts out the Kadence Blocks Slider issue quickly.
In forum: Ascend ThemeTrying to change the selection, I accidentally clicked the ‘x’ next to the drop-down for “Blog Default Title Text” in Theme options. That box has now completely disappeared and I am no longer able to select anything. I tested the same thing in a different section of the Theme options for an option I’m not using and the same thing happened. I’ve tried different browsers, cleared my cache, logged out and in, and it is still gone. Not only can I now not change that option, but I don’t want to touch any other setting in case the same thing happens.
In forum: Kadence BlocksSeptember 19, 2025 at 4:28 am #294984Hi @andrew-4339,
Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the details. I tried to replicate the issue you described, but I wasn’t able to see the same behavior on my end, setting the Custom Content Max Width to 70% worked correctly both in the editor and the frontend. Check the screencast for reference: https://share.zight.com/mXuXz8Je
Since it’s showing properly in the editor but not on the live site, it’s possible there may be some theme or CSS overrides at play.
A few things you can check:
•Clear any caching (browser cache, plugin cache, or server-level caching) to be sure you’re seeing the latest changes. https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/clearing-your-website-cache/
•Inspect the section on the frontend (right-click > Inspect) to see if any CSS rules are overriding the content max width.
•Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme to confirm if the issue persists.Could you also share a link to the page where this is happening? That will help us check if something specific in your setup is affecting the layout.
Looking forward to your reply so we can get this sorted.
Best regards,

September 16, 2025 at 5:34 am #294965Thanks for the detailed guidance. I’ll start by increasing the PHP smart play limits and then clear all caches to see if it helps. If the issue continues, I’ll check for plugin conflicts step by step. Hopefully, this will fix the Kadence Blocks Slider error.
