IE7 is mostly an unsupported browser by many plugins.
IE8 is even commonly not supported. They are very old and outdated. But I did test using windows 7 and IE8 and it works for me just fine?

IE9 is old and out dated as well but should work. I just tested with IE9 and didn’t see any issue.

I also tested on several android phones and can’t recreate.

Make sure your client has cleared there browser cache.

    Hmm,
I’m not seeing this. Have you cleared the site cache and the cache on your mobile device?

I switched on the “Woocommerce” extensions in your theme settings. After refreshing cache, the problem on my shop page disappeared 🙂

    Hey Tracy,
You can make the slider full width from within the kadence slider settings. See here- https://www.kadencewp.com/kadence-slider-pro/

    ALEKSANDR,
Have you cleared your cache? Can you post a link?
In the future please start a new thread.

Hey Ben, thanks for your reply.
Yes, I cleared caches – website and browser. I even deactivated the plugin / all plugins. But nothing helped.
Can you tell me if you see the blank shoppage?

    #126178

    1. I cleared the cache in wpml section, as suggested by the wpml supporters and saw some portions of the variations showing up like you mentioned.

They also requested me to delete the entire translation for the product and redo it again using the wpml editor just to check out…. but now it doesn’t show the product price in the second language and also the stock. There seems to be something going wrong after the wordpress update.

    2. The sidebar menus are not syncing too…. I contacted wpml with this issue too…. awaiting their input.

You will probably be able to see it now if you login to our test site.

Have you cleared your caching plugin? You seem to be using wp fastest cache. You would need to clear that.

    Hey Piotr,
I’m seeing the descriptions right away. What browser are you using? Have you cleared your cache?

    Hi Dean,
I would suggest deacitvating your plugins to ensure none are conflicting. Also make sure your cache is clear. Let me know if there’s no change.

You should only use a single cache plugin. Pretty much any of those options will work! It will be up to you to decide if there are any features of one plugin that you want over the other ones.

Ben wrote a great post awhile back about optimizing your site’s speed. I highly recommend reading through it if you haven’t already:

Which one do you guys recommend:

    1. W3 Total Cache
    2. WP Super Cache
    3. Wp Rocket

Do you need more than 1?

    Jonathan,

Here is a great discussion on this very issue:

    http://stackoverflow.com/questions/737022/how-do-i-disable-right-click-on-my-web-page

There are trick there on how to do it, but most of the discussion is around why you shouldn’t do it, and how even if you disable it, there are still MANY ways for users to copy anything they can see.

If it’s on the web, I can copy it – period. I can always View Source, or utilize any of the dozens of hacks available to override whatever it is that you disable on the front-end. Even if you disable the right-click entirely, I can still use my bowser’s Select All feature and then just use keyboard shortcuts like CMD+C to copy the text from the screen. Or, I can disable JavaScript and other features so I just see you raw webpage and get my system Cut/Paste functions working. Or, I can go to my disc and just open the cached page in an editor (since the content of your browser is loaded to the local machine to be read) or I can just Print Screen everything and OCR the text out of it.

Point being, if the information is human-readable at any time, it’s also human steal-able. Best bet is not to worry about it, but if you want to take some basic precautions to make it harder for the non-tech to copy your stuff, you could indeed do the thing you are trying to do – just realize the minimal impact it will have on anyone that REALLY wants to copy your stuff.

Again, the link I posted above should give you some starting points on your options, as well as lots of reasons to NOT bother.

    I hope this was helpful.

I have cleared the cache … but I can’t seem to see the variation options available in dutch.

I haven’t checked with wpml …. will do that and get back to you.

    #125814

I can’t get the blog page to display as a 2 column. i have changed it to grid post / 2 columns but it does not change. I have emptied the cache.

want it to display like the below:

    #125636

I have updated blog options in theme options:

Under Blog Post Defaults I have selected – No, do not show (for blog post sidebar default)

Under Blog Category/Archive Defaults I have selected screen layout with no sidebar.

I cleared by cache and sidebar still appearing on both blog summary page as well as blog pages themselves.

Thanks! In the last month I tried out a lot and found out that using nginx, php7 and mysql 5.7 is just as important for speed as caching. Using Autoptimize and and W3 Total Cache works fine for me. Thanks for the link!

Problem appears solved. Rewrote the sidebar, then decided to redesign the site and eliminate the use of the sidebar. Much cleaner look.

w3 Total Cache was deleted and another cache plugin now being used. Set up to rebuild minify scripts and automatic cache clearing.

Thanks so much for your help.
