    Can you send me a screen shot of this? I see the icons on an ipad?

    https://postimage.org/

    Have you cleared your ipad cache?

    Hi Stephen,
    Sorry for the delay! The virtue toolkit plugin is for the free themes only. Try deactivating that and clearing your cache. Does that change anything?

    Hi Hannah,

    I’ve cleared the cache – still no joy. This is the css that I’ve added in the custom css box so far:

    .page-header {
    border: 0;
    }

    .page-header h1 {
    display: none;
    }

    .boxed #wrapper.container {
    -webkit-box-shadow:none !important;
    box-shadow: none !important;
    }

    #nav-main ul.sf-menu, .nav-main ul.sf-menu {
    border-top: 1px solid #c1d100;
    border-bottom: 1px solid #c1d100;
    }

    .sf-menu li a {
    letter-spacing: 1px;
    }

    Could any of that be in conflict?

    Cheers,

    Saskia

    Saskia,
    Ben’s css worked fine on my site. Do you have anything else in your css that could be conflicting? Have you tried clearing your cache?

    Thanks Kevin, glad it’s working on your side.
    Seems there’s an issue with trying to access the new website addresses with “www” -> blank screen on my mobile.
    (The site is configured as a non-www). I guess it’s not a theme issue and not sure about the W3 cache “contribution”…

    #105040

    Thanks Kevin.

    Going back to cache issues, I noticed now that BLOG page is blank on mobile – with W3 Cache –

    Hey! It seems to be working on my end. Have you tried clearing your cache?

    #105004

    Hey Sherry,
    Do you mind providing a link to your site? Without seeing it, my first suggestion is to ensure your cache is cleared. After that I would try deactivating plugins to test if any are conflicting.

    Hey,

    No I have only “Home page” set in Settings/reading.

    I tried several times to reset permalinks and also set them to default settings and setting them again to my normal setting but that doesn’nt change anything.

    I guess that the problem lies in permalinks as for products I tried to change the personnalized settings and that led to the same problems : impossible to view products page and preview is impossible.. I had to revert to my initial setting and for products it worked again ! And of course each time I saved the permalinks, delete the cache…

    Hey Jonathan,
    I’m not seeing Kevin’s css in your code. You seem to be adding it to the right spot. Do you have anything else in your custom css that could be conflicting? Have you tried clearing your cache?

    I was using the relatively new “WordPress Cache Enabler”
    https://www.keycdn.com/support/wordpress-cache-enabler-plugin/

    I now switched to W3 cache per your recommendations.
    Yet another issue came up which I saw was already brought up in the support forum –
    It serves desktop browsers with the mobile ‘light’ version of the Home Page Slider.

    Since I did not want to disable cache for Home Page, I disabled the option for a “lighter” mobile slider.
    But I noticed that now on mobile the slider remains with its same height.

    Is there a way to cause the main slider to be responsive such that on narrower screens it simply reduces its width/height??
    (I’m using “Fullwidth Slider”)

    Alright, I took a look and your settings look good. I went through and cleaned up your custom CSS a bit. You were missing closing brackets on some, and some of the values were misrepresented.

    Your media query never closes in your custom CSS though, so you may want to address that.

    You also have a whole lot of plugins on your site that could be conflicting with the theme. It will be time consuming, but it will be valuable to go through and deactivate them one by one to see if there is plugin causing the issue.

    if that doesn’t work, then I suppose we’ll have to wait for the theme developer or other support to give us some feedback. be sure that you’re clearing your cache after each plugin deactivation. Also be sure that you’re disabling any plugins that you’re not using.

    Also be sure that you’re clearing your site’s cache after making these changes.

    I just tested on my site and I’m not having this issue. One thing to try would be to clear your site’s cache after making the changes. If you’ve currently got a cache running.

    You could also try using a different slider. It looks like you’re using the “fullwidth” slider through the theme options area. Is that correct?

    I would try building a slider using the Kadence slider to see if that allows you to get it looking the way you want. It has a lot more options than the default full width slider.

    Try those things and let me know if it makes any difference.

    Hi Thomas,
    1. Very sorry for the delay! I just checked your site from an Iphone6 and am not seeing the sticky menu work at all. Have you tried clearing your cache? Also, ensure you are using the latest version of the theme and all your plugins.

    2. Are you adding these from Theme Options > Home Layout? Have you added any css that could be conflicting?

    All of my plugins are updated (and the theme is too). I went through and deactivated my plugins one by one (and I cleared the cache each time too). The photos still will not display.

    4. the size of the images is dependent on your site’s needs. There are no specific sizes that are best. A 1200×1200 image should be working fine though.

    Have you tried clearing your cache after making the changes to the kadence slider? You could also try saving the image and reloading the page after you make the changes to the slider.

    Also, be sure that you’re all up to date on all of your plugins, including the slider. Mine is not exhibiting this issue and I can edit everything just fine on my site.

    Hey Mary,
    Are you still receiving this warning? Have you tried clearing your cache? Please start a new topic is the issue persists.

    Gerard, glad things are working for you:)

    I did a little debugging –
    I compared homepage source file without and with cache, and seems that with cache many styling code lines as well as javascript lines are missing…
