    Yes my cache is cleared with W3 Total Cache. I tried on Chrome, Firefox and IE. My screen resolution is 1920 X 1080.
    My custom CSS box in advanced settings is like that :

    .page-header {
    display: none;
    }

    @media
    (min-width: 1200px) {
    .footerclass > .container {
    width: 100%;
    }
    }

    Have you cleared your cache?

    What size screen are you on?

    based on your site it doesn’t look like you added in the custom css box? unless you did but didn’t clear the site cache?

    One thing to check next time is to clear your wp-super-cache in the settings.

    The video isn’t moving the page.

    After you added the css did you clear your cache?

    In your icon menu, can you change your description “comments/questions” to “comments / questions”

    Hi Leonard,
    I just tested this and it seems to be working fine. Have you tried clearing your cache?

    Hey,
    So you are using w3 total cache, Make sure to clear all the caches. And you will want to test your settings. Your server may have some suggestions for the best set up with database and object caching.

    You don’t need to reinstall the theme.

    As for image menu item, in page builder you are adding 4 items with the image menu item widget. One item for each widget. Just try uploading smaller more compressed images for those items.

    Ben – thank you for your super quick reply!
    Sorry for newbee questions – Please advise what you mean by “Image Menu Items”.
    Also – if I uninstall the theme and re-install it, clearing the cache as you recommend – would that help?

    BTW – love your theme – getting many compliments that actually “belong” to you!

    Thanks again!

    First off, when you update make sure you clear your cache plugin. That is an important step.

    Based on the results above your loading some large files for the image menu items. I would resize those images and compress theme for better and faster loading.

    Check out your page size vs even the demo: http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/BBkDR/http://themes.kadencethemes.com/pinnacle-premium/

    Wow, that is a lot of plugins… I suggest really taking a long look at what you have enabled, Try to minimize what your forcing wordpress to run.

    Your issue above was caused by “Easy Custom Auto Excerpt” – I deactivate for you.

    also you need to now that every time you make a change you have to clear your cache in the wp-super cache settings.

    Well w3 total cache has some great minify options for all your scripts. If it doesn’t work with your set up then I would look for a minify plugin.

    Your pingdom grade is low and it’s showing that caching isn’t taking effect.

    Thanks Hanna,

    After installation of WP-Fasted Cache we have fix some issues. Pings tool report “Your website is faster than 68% of all tested websites” with home page load time 2.15.

    I think that Total Cache have some conflict with other installed plugin because if I enabled pages are very, very slow. Then disable it.

    Now I take a look to wp-optimize.

    Anyway Google Page Speed test report again slow result because now we have: 56 for mobile and 70 for desktop. Probably we need to use premium version of Fastest Cache.

    Thank

    Hey,
    You can test your site here- http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/cAKF82/http://www.falegnameriedesign.it/
    You can also use an optimization plugin like this one- https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-optimize/
    Honestly your site doesn’t seem slow. And I’m confused, you said total cache made your site too fast? So what exactly are you after?

    #38562

    Hi guys,

    we have a serious issue with performance with this site:

    http://www.falegnameriedesign.it

    Pagespeed test say 35 for mobile and 43 for desktop.

    I don’t know nothing about wordpress and ask help to optimize site. What I need to check? I try to install and use Total Cache but if I enabled site is very very fast. I don’t know why but works better without TC.

    I can’t understand where is problem and where check/optimize.

    Please help me.

    #38467

    3. I’m guessing you mean the secondary menu. You can go to the theme options > menu page. Set the items for the secondary menu to be 7 or 8 see if you like that better.

    After you make the change be sure to remove the cache.

    I’m sorry but something has to be wrong inside the Home Layout Option.
    I’m driving crazy because there’s the same problem of yesterday with the [:en]FEATURED PRODUCTS [:it] PUBBLICAZIONI SELEZIONATE not switching.

    After, switching back from Virtue the Carousel Featured Product title disappeared. I set again the string above and it started to make strange behaviour in frontend.
    When I go back to admin panel the title is again cleaned and shows only one part of the above line code.
    I set again and same situation. I cleaned browser cache and made all possible combination with language plugin settings but nothing.
    I suppose there a kind of sanitation of the string in the home layout options.

    have a look at these screenshot they are 2 of the English frontend and 1 backend, whatever change I make one’s gave shot 1 and second attempt shot 2 img 1 img 2 img 3

    Please, make this test. Enter backend, go to Home Layout Options and add the string with quicktags. Look at frontend, then go back to admin, exit theme options panel and reenter again the Home Layout options. You will see that part of the string is disappeared in the Featured Carousel Title

    Thanks
    Angelo

    1. I went to the Easy tab inside the wp super cache and cleared all cache pages….Still no images on homepage.

    2. Yup, did that…still not working.

    3. I put in the code into custom css but don’t see any changes. Ever since i upgraded to premium, nothing seems to be working right. 🙁 Something must have happened during the upgrade process. 🙁
