    Hey,
Thanks for reaching out! Have you cleared your cache since your response? Also, from Customize > Blog Posts > Single Post Layout do you have “Show Comments?” enabled?

    Kindly,

    Hi,
Thanks for reaching out! You should be able to adjust this in your string translations. Is this what you did? Have you cleared your cache? Are you able to post a link to your site?

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Hey Yogi,
Where are you enabling the banner from? And what size image are you using?
As for your second issue, I’m actually not noticing any alignment issues. Can you post a screenshot? Have you cleared your cache?

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Hi,
Could you pls advice me what is missing from my settings. I have an Elementor block and a Product Tab that are both translated using WPML, but both translations are not visible on Product page. First language product page is 100% correct (Elementor block and the extra Product tab).
    The cache is cleaned.

    Hello,

After the most recent Kadence Theme update, all of my dropdown menus now have a blue box under them and I cannot figure out how to remove them.
I have used the Health Check Plugin’s Troubleshooting Mode to see if any plugins cause this issue, but even with no plugins enabled it persists exclusively on the Child Theme.
I have also tried emptying / purging the cache to see if it would help, but nothing changed.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

    Hi Kadence team,

I love Kadence Conversions but it has a big impact on my mobile PageSpeed scores.

So on a site I run on SiteGround mobile scores went from 92 to 66 on the pages where I used an exit intent pop up. I downloaded the Flying Scripts plugin which had 0 positive impact.

Then I fired up a test site on Kinsta. Scores there dropped too, and Flying Scripts also had no impact.

The best results came from Cloud86 (local Dutch host) + LiteSpeed Cache. Before using Kadence Conversions Exit intent popup the mobile speed is 100, after it’s 86. Btw, I tried all settings: Javascript delayed, Javascript deferred etc. Also cleared caching multiple times (LiteSpeed cache purge and browser cache purge).

    No luck.

Here’s the page I tested at Cloud86 with the popup.

Here’s a page without the popup.

Screenshots showing the before / after speed results and the LiteSpeed Cache settings:

    PageSpeed tells me that:

    “Eliminate render-blocking resources
    0.86 s
Resources are blocking the first paint of your page. Consider delivering critical JS/CSS inline and deferring all non-critical JS/styles. Learn more.FCPLCP
    WordPress
There are a number of WordPress plug-ins that can help you inline critical assets or defer less important resources. Beware that optimisations provided by these plug-ins may break features of your theme or plug-ins, so you will likely need to make code changes.
    URL
    Transfer size

    150 ms
    …css/b1cf4e0….css?ver=22492(24business.nl)
    5.7 KiB
    150 ms”

So basically my question is: what am I missing here? What can I do in order to not have Kadence Conversions load first thing when users are opening a page and have it impact my speed scores?

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Hello!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this issue.

From your description, it seems like cache has something to do with it. If you’re using a caching/optimization plugin, try to purge the cache from it. Other troubleshooting steps you can do are listed in this article.

Additionally, I can see errors in the browser console loghttps://share.getcloudapp.com/o0uRmbNN. If you have any outdated plugins, try to update them and purge the cache to see if the issue will be fixed.

Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

    Regards,
    Karla

    Hello,

I use virtual for a site. I just downloaded the classic widget plugin so I can continue to use sidebar widgets with the new version of wordpress.

But when I make edits to text and images, they don’t show up. I cleared the cache of the plugin and that of the browser.

I also tried disabling the following plugins but no change:

    – wp cerber
    – wp 3 total cache
    – all in one
    – short pixel image optimizer
    – XYZ WP Social Media Auto Publish.

Do you have an idea of the problem ?
    Thanks

    Hi Doro,
    I’m sorry for your frustrations!
It seems like your cache could be causing a lot of these issues. Are you using a caching plugin? Are you clearing your cache after making changes?
From what I can tell your image is showing full-width, which again, makes me think this could be a caching issue. Are you still seeing the border?
You can find an amazing community of Kadence users on our facebook page! https://www.facebook.com/groups/webcreatorcommunity
Feel free to make a post and see if someone would be willing to offer you their service.

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Hi, Katarina!

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

Based on the screenshot you sent, it seems to be a caching issue. I would still recommend purging/clearing caches. For your reference, you can refer to number 2 in this article.

We still provide free support, you do not necessarily need to pay. Here is the link on where you can submit a support ticket via email – https://www.kadencewp.com/free-support-tickets/.

I’ve been through this forum and video documentation, and for the life of me can’t figure this out. My settings are correct (enabled display featured images on posts) and have flushed the cache so many times, but nothing.

Featured images do not appear on the Blog page or on the individual posts either. Anyone have any ideas. Very frustrating.

    Hi!

I viewed this page on my phone and browser. However, the image you’ve specified is not showing anymore. Kindly refer to the following screen recordings:

Please try viewing the page on an incognito or private browser to confirm if the image is now removed. Additionally, try clearing your browser cache.

Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

    Hey,

The API is anonymous within the Theme activation fields. There is no ability to copy and paste the API from your site, it has to be taken from your account page.

If you were to use the same computer/browser that your customer does, then be sure that you’re not saving the fields or clear your history/cache to make sure the browser doesn’t store the data for autofill.

Here’s how the API looks on an active site:

    Kadence-Next-Generation-Theme-Kadence-Theme-Pro-Word-Press

Let us know if that clears things up!

    Best,
    Kevin

    Hello!

I recently switched to Kadence and I love everything about the theme although I’m experiencing one issue at the moment.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to make any changes on my mobile site version since the WordPress changes are not showing on mobile.
    Desktop version works perfectly fine!

I have contacted my hosting (WPX) and they have done a long debugging and a number of tests on the website to try pin-point the issue.

They have deactivated/activate the plugins one by one, placed a temporarily default .htaccess, swap the PHP version of the website, made sure to clear all of the website cache, yet none of these resolved the case.

I really don’t know how to resolve this issue so I would appreciate your input.

    Many thanks!

    Hi,

“I tried to increase the Bottom Offset, but it doesn’t work even with high values.”

This should move the scroll to top button upwards, no need to modify any JS file. After saving your changes, did you purge any website cache you have? For us to inspect your page styles, could you give us your website URL?

You can mark your reply as private so only support team members can see it.

Let us know how we can assist you further.

    Hi, Tom!

If you can give us the website URL, we’ll be able to test the custom CSS code in the browser dev tools. This is to make sure that it will take effect properly on your website.

On the other hand, you can add this in Customizer > Additional CSS:

    .zoomWindowContainer .zoomWindow {
        width: 600px !important;
        height: 600px !important;
        background-size: 200% !important;
    }

After saving changes, make sure to purge any cache you may have.

Let us know if this works.

    Best Regards,
    Karla

    Hi!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this issue after updating.

Do you have any caching plugins enabled? If you do, please purge the cache and see if that will fix the issue. Other troubleshooting steps are listed in this article.

To download a previous version of the theme(v1.1.14), go to this URL – https://downloads.wordpress.org/theme/kadence.1.1.14.zip.

Hey Ang, thanks for reaching out!

Can you please share a link to your site where the incorrect colors are showing so we can determine where the styling is coming from? Then we should be able to tell exactly what’s goin on. Also be sure to clear your cache, just incase it’s coming from there.

You’re good to update to the latest WP version. As per usual, be sure to backup your site before running any major update, just to be safe.

And if you wish to leave a review, the best place is going to be the WP.org page for Kadence here:
    https://wordpress.org/support/theme/kadence/reviews/?filter=5

And the page for Kadence Blocks here:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/kadence-blocks/

    We appreciate your support!

    Best regards,
    Kevin
