No problem Hannah and thanks for the link.
I’ve attached the screen shots from iphone and ipad. Both using Safari. I also tested with Firefox and the view is the same. I emptied the cache several times, deleted cookies etc but no change.

    Hello Karla,

I’m trying to find the settings that you posted. I removed all plugins except for Kadence and Woocommerce, and I cleared my cache in Cloudflare and Redis. The settings briefly appear and they disappear. Please see the below video:

    Thank you,

Great the inline CSS seems to work perfect just changed it to white and working on mobile
I purged my site in Litespeed Cache and still didn’t seem to help but the inline CSS seems to
Thanks for helping me final solve the mystery, Chris 🙂

    Hello,

I added some inline CSS and the green text is showing:

    <p style="color: green;">FREE SHIPPING OVER $75</p>

I have since removed the CSS as the site is live. It’s inheriting the Customizing ▸ General ▸ Typography Base Font Color currently which is why I’m using inline CSS to overwrite. When reviewing the page, I notice you’re loading the page from cache. May I have you clear your server cache when you save the change in the customizer?

Let me know if that works for you or if you need anything else.

    Thanks!

    Chris

I’m seeing your homepage display as it should. Are you still seeing these issues? Have you cleared your cache?

Karla Thank You so much, it was LiteSpeed Cache causing this issue

Again Thank You so much and have a great afternoon 🙂

    Hello,

Can I have you or have your host delete the /wp-content/cache/ folder? It will rebuild itself, but I’m wondering if there are cache folders not being flushed properly. On the test site I see that the site is adhering to the responsive layout without logging in or making changes.

    Thanks!

Hi, yeah, the theme option was a safari cache problem, sorry I didn’t told you in the last reply, now all is working correctly.

So I don’t have to take care about the .map file error, correct?

    thank you very much

    Hello
Ok i disabled the page cache and it works.
    Thank you !

    Hello,

Have you cleared the cache on the site and in your browsers? You may also want to restart your router as well. Sometimes bad requests can get cached at that particular network level, but I’m seeing what Hannah is which is aligned arrows with the galleries.

Let me know if you need anything else!

I’m actually seeing your images aligned. What browser are you using? Have you cleared your cache?

    Hi Chris

When I clear the cache from the wordpress dashboard, the mobile cursor appears on mobile.
But tomorrow or in a few days, it will no longer appear …

Maybe there is an incompatibility, but how to fix it?

    Hello,

Do you have any server cache plugins at play here? It sounds like a cache issue if things appear to be changing without you doing so.
I may not completely be understanding the issue, so I just want to confirm it’s not a server cache issue or a plugin conflict in some way.

    Thanks!

    Hi Chris

I change the status of the conversation thread because I finally still have a problem.

The header (kadence slider) of my site is displayed on mobile when I leave the site.
A few days later, the mobile slider no longer appears and I replaced it with the slider for a desktop computer.
I need to open the dashboard settings again for this to work.

I did it twice and when I check after a few days, it is the header of the fixed computer that appears !!
I tried to clear my mobile browser cache but it doesn’t change anything.

    Thanks for reply, Peggy

I had been using Gallery Custom Links by MeowApps, which I had disabled and deleted due to an issue with output buffering. Apparently it had some lingering effects though, because it was still showing the old gallery even after making the switch (without any cacheing). It is working now and the custom links are working as well.

Hi Chris, I think it has resolved itself and may have been my ISP cache.

Re booting the router seems to have fixed it.

    Thanks and good night.
