    Hi Chris,

    Yes, you are right it is working. I did clear cache and had done several times but it did not seem to work.

    I just tried it in an incognito window and it works perfectly. I truly apologize for not checking thoroughly.

    You guys have been fantastic and I truly appreciate your commitment, patience, and support.

    Thank you so so much

    Regards
    Robert

    Hello,

    I’m not able to replicate the non-sticky mobile header that you’re seeing. On my devices and pc using dev tools, we seem to be seeing the same on our side as well.

    Have you cleared any caches since implementation?

    Thanks!

    Having a problem with this website:

    and the featured image that appears when posting the link on social media.
    What appears is an old homepage screen shot.
    I have edited the Home page “Featured Image” cleared cache with no success.
    Looked into “Site Identity” Misc settings and can’t find where that old homepage is coming from?
    I attached what should be displaying.

    Hi ALEKSANDR,
    I’m doing well, thanks! Hope you are:)

    Just to confirm, I’m also seeing these links working. Let us know if the issue remains for you after clearing your cache!

    Best,
    Hannah

    Hello,

    You can clear your browser cache, but if it’s a server-side cache, you may want to reach out to your host. Otherwise, you can delete the /wp-content/cache/ folder (/wp-content/cache/, not /wp-content/, two very different things). It will rebuild with fresh data.

    Let me know if that doesn’t fix the issue.

    Thanks!

    Not using autoptimize or anything like that, i tried my other 3 sites and not having this issue
    Should i just clear my cache? if so what would be the best way to do so?
    Thanks

    #255732

    Hello,

    It could be Elementor causing this, but it’s likely something being cached. Are you using autoptimize or something similar? Elementor has its own rebuild CSS button so what’s likely happening is its serving old data that doesn’t exist anymore causing a 404 on the style when you initially reload.

    If you continue running into these issues, please let us know and we will be happy to take a closer look.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    I currently see that working as intended. I did clear the local cache and that seemed to help so you may want to confirm that’s working by clearing your browser cache as well as trying a couple of different browsers.

    Thanks!

    Hey Chris,

    This is actually a brand new site, and we cleared the cache many times just in case – it seems to have the same issue no matter what. We also disabled all plugins other than Kadence ones. I’ve observed this in both Firefox and Chrome, if that matters.

    #255662

    Hello,

    I don’t see anything being cached, but I’m also not able to replicate the issue. Are you and the client in two different locations or are you testing from the same location/same network?

    I would personally reach out to your host to confirm they don’t have any other caching setup on the server that may be causing this issue. If they do have any caches running server-side, I would have them clear those caches just to make sure they aren’t serving stale data.

    Thanks!

    Chris

    Hello,

    I’ve seen this issue, but not when using a specific theme. Usually, this is a cache issue. Do you have a caching plugin installed or caching at the server level?

    If you provide access along with a page you are seeing this on, we can certainly take a look.

    Thanks!

    #255490

    Hi Chris,

    That’s interesting. The Kadence short code for youtube videos on my system does not add [/kad_youtube]. The rest of the code is exactly like this: [kad_youtube url=”https://YOURYOUTUBELINK”%5D

    I tried adding that closing tab [/kad_youtube] to one of my videos, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve deleted all the caches that I can find. It’s a mystery.

    Hello,

    Try adding this to your custom CSS and clearing your caches:

    .fredcarousel .blog_carousel .grid_item {
        min-height: 200px;
    }

    If this isn’t what you were looking for, please let me know.

    Thanks!

    I can’t recreate that, seems like there is either a conflict or a cache that isn’t giving you the latest css. You using any other plugins I should test with?

    Ben

    #255305

    Hello,

    There should be an update available for the plugin. Have you upgraded the plugin and cleared your cache since you started experiencing the issues?

    Thanks!

    Hey,
    Looks like the redis cache was just caching that output, it just needed to be flushed. Once flushed you can see the new items.

    Hello,

    Give this CSS a try. Clear your cache and let me know if you continue to see the border on larger screens.

    @media (min-width: 800px)
    .mobileclass {
        background-image: none !important;
     }
    }

    Thanks!

    It’s a PHP 7.2. bug… My current nemesis

    I pushed out a fix for this yesterday. I’ll make sure the download file cache is cleared for your account so you can download it there.

    Also, you should update to 7.3 or 7.4 🙂

    Hey,
    In your Autoptimize you turned on Also aggregate inline JS?

    this breaks the woocommerce reviews block.

    I changed this setting for you and cleared your cache.

    You should be set.

    yes, a full cache clear does not resolve the problem (in Chrome)
    let me try another browser
    ps it displays on the front end ok, even if the post split-content block is broken at the back end – when editing the post
