For the category issue, I was able to duplicate that one time. Hard to tell what could be causing it. Has all your cache been cleared?

1. In your css, change this:

@media (max-width: 767px) {
.home .kad-light-mosaic-gallery .g_item {

to this:

Hi, I’ve uploaded my favicon.ico file and it’s working on all platforms besides safari – I’ve refreshed everything, cleared caches etc still no luck. Any idea as to how this can be resolved? Safari has updated another websites favicon that I’ve updated but not this one, so it seems to be a site issue!

No, the import did not complete. I cleared the cache and I tried with several browsers (Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge).

But, as long as it is possible to export the options to a file (redux_options_virtue_premium_backup_11-05-2019.json), I thought that would be also possible to use this file to import the options to the new site, but I could not find a way to import it.

Is that the parent theme styles.css or your child theme? Should work in a child theme, did you clear your cache?

Sorry one last thing… I wonder if using the mobile slider will overcome this issue..but If enable the mobile home header and clear cache the desktop slider disappears. :s

I have to think I’ve done something wrong, but I’ll be darned if I can figure out what. I created a page called Inventory, generated a Visual Editor widget, and in it placed the [wpinventory] shortcode for that plugin. When I try to display that page, however, it displays my BLOG page. I’ve tried this from multiple browsers and even flushed the cache on them. The troublesome page is HERE. Any thoughts?

Just discovered that if I copy or rename this page to something else (inventory2 for example) it displays fine. That page is HERE. ???

Hello,

Looks like you may have some plugins giving you javascript errors, preventing the related products from loading completely.

Try deactivating superfly menu and woocommerce predictive search, and then test again. Be sure to clear your cache and that you’re also up to date on all plugins and the theme.

Let me know what you find.

Another option to add it to the page content would be to use the Kadence Blocks Pro plugin and add via a post grid/carousel block:

As for them not showing on your page currently, did you clear your cache after making the changes in your theme options?

Thanks for the info. I have never clear the minify cache in autoptimize. So that is something I will check out. I did go to the plugin site but they wanted the url which had been sorta fixed by deactivating the plugin, while I waited to hear back from you. I will reactivate it check it out and then contact the plugin authors they did have an update just a week ago. Thanks again for a fast heads up on what to check out.

Well it could simply be that you updated a plugin on your site and didn’t clear the minify cache in autoptimize. If that is the case then I suggest reactivating and making sure to always clear any time you make updates to your site.

It’s also possible that your settings are causing the conflict with another plugin so you can test through trial and error with your settings.

You can also reach out to the plugin authors to see if they have some suggestions assuming the error comes back once you reactivate and clear the plugins cache.
