    Thanks Ben! Css works.
But I would like to fix the cause, especially since it affects pictures in different places. Have you seen another problem with product gallery?
How am I fixing the issue with the server? I already cleared cache wherever it’s possible. Few times for tonight.

How to formulate the issue to server support?

I’m clearing cache all the time during my checks today.
I do that with WP Super Cache which also appeared causing issues with Product Archive. Would you recommend it somehow differently?

However, the linked product gallery lacks the image all the time from different browsers and gadgets.

    Hey,

For those slides, it’s showing that there is no background image assigned. Have you cleared your cache since adding them to your slider?

If so, I suggest deleting the slides entirely and then recreating them. Let me know if you’re able to change them when you create new slides.

Also, the images you’re using for the slider are quite distorted. You may want to consider adding some higher resolution versions.

    Thanks a lot again!
I was checking what causing the issue with product gallery and got disappeared Product Archive again even though Yoast was deactivated.
For this time it was WP Super Cache plugin, which is currently inactive.
Now Yoast is working and not causing issues.

But Product Gallery pictures still disappear even though only:
    Kadence plugins,
    P.builder by Site Origin,
    Smart slider,
and select Woocommerce plugins are in work.

    Looking forward to your suggestions.

UPD. I activated Super Cache Plugin back, and it doesn’t cause issues, as Yoast before. Product gallery issue ( https://www.weirdo.studio/product/white-night-pink-edge/ ) is still to solve.

    Hey Mimmie,
Did you deactivate boxilla? Did you clear your cache after doing so?

    Hey,

I’m seeing some console errors on your site. I suggest testing your active plugins by deactivating one by one to see if the store loads properly when a certain plugin is OFF.

Be sure to clear your cache as well.

Let me know if you find a plugin causing the issue.

Did you clear your site’s cache after making the height adjustment?

    Hey,

You’re getting quite a few errors in your javascript console. I suggest first testing your plugins for a conflict by deactivating them one by one and testing for proper functionality when a certain plugin is OFF.

Be sure to clear your cache with each plugin.

Let me know if you find a problem plugin.

    Hey,
Deleted plugins and themes not in use. Also emptied cache using W3 Total Cache. Will observe for a few days and get back in case of doubts.
    Appreciate your help on this.

    Thanks

That is still the file I can see but it does seem to be coming from revolution slider. I suggest looking for any grayscale filters you are applying and trying to turn off.

I’m seeing sidebar1 show on your shop and product pages. Try clearing your cache and let me know if the problem persists for you.

    Hello,

Can you please post a link to your site so that I can take a look at this? Did you clear your cache after assigning the topbar?

    Hello,

    1. You can go to Theme Options> Shop Archive Settings and set “Shop Product Column Layout” to One Column.

    2. Did you clear your cache after making the change and give WooCommerce some time to regenerate your thumbnail images? It can take awhile for this to be complete if you have a lot of product image.

    3. I can’t speak for that plugin, but it doesn’t have a very large user base and the reviews it does have aren’t very good, so I would probably not recommend it. I don’t really understand exactly what you’re wanting to change. Can you show a screenshot so I can see exactly what you’re wanting to change?

    4. Are you wanting your select boxes to allow users to select product variations on your product pages? If so, you can setup variable products by following this tutorial:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

Or are you thinking of something different?

Rather than disabling WP rocket, did you try clearing your cache through it?

I saw this thread in my “Topics Started” and was going to mark it as resolved. I tried to do a search for the word “cache” again and get the following message. All other search terms work just fine for me. I do know for sure that my IP has changed since I last tried this. This is not important just an update.

As long as you’re running a cache on your site, compressing the images before uploading, and not using images that are huge, then you shouldn’t notice any difference in speed. And the images would look very bad on displays with high pixel density such as mac retina displays.

Retina displays, for example, have double the pixel density of most other screens. This requires that images be loaded at 2x their image size in order to display an image that’s the same as a regular screen. Does that make sense?

WordPress and the theme will generate different sized images that will display based on the browser/device your site visitor is using. This is just to make sure there is always a clearly visible version of your image no matter who is seeing your site.

    Hopefully that clears things up!

    Ben –

This is helpful info, thanks! I need some further help.

I deleted the worship page and cleared the cache. I reloaded the page, but the same path existed: “Home/Worship/Compline”.

When I hover over Worship it shows the address: saintmarks.ecwwblog.org/worship__trashed/

Also, the path for the Compline page is: http://saintmarks.ecwwblog.org/worship__trashed/compline/

Before I delete anymore pages, can you give me some insight on the URL changing to include “trashed” and how I can get rid of that.

FYI – in the meantime, I have restored the Worship page.

    Thanks!
