What resolution are you using?
What browser?
What laptop screen sizes do you use?

I test it on screen 15,6 inches laptop. And i have 1920 x 1080 full screen HD.

In your header or footer scripts it looks like you may be adding something hard to tell with your cache but can you tell me what’s there I think you just need to update it. Otherwise, the cache needs to be updated.

Thanks. Math problem is solved. However the form at the bottom of the home page of this site https://www.guidedimagerydownloads.com/ still doesn’t seem to display the captcha. I’ve not only cleared cache but opened up a completely different browser. Are you sure that you can see a captcha at the bottom of this page? All I get is the math problem.

The math question needs to be set in the page template settings for you contact page. Look for “Use Simple Math Question” and you should be able to set that to OFF.

As for the shortcode form, I just tested on my site and it seems to be working. Did you clear your cache after making the change to the settings?

Hey Luan,
Sorry for the delay! Have you cleared all your cache? If this is something that needs to be fixed on our end the developer would have to do it for you. He had a baby over the weekend and has been a bit tied up, but will likely be on later today. I flagged this thread for him to look into first thing.

Well if you’re not currently using a plugin the there actually wouldn’t be a cache to clear. I’m not sure why the updated html isn’t showing, but this is what I currently see in the widget:
