I don’t see the CSS in Theme Options> Custom CSS. Did you clear your cache after adding it?

    Hey,
Be sure you are clearing your cache. Also, do you know your php memory settings? It’s possible these need to be increased. Your host should be able to help you with that.

    to me

    Hello Troy,

I activated Lazy Load globally, changed settings for this particular page and set up caching for logged-in users. Everything seems to work like expected now.

It seems that there is an incompatibility between Pinnacle Premium theme and WP Rocket. It occurs when the following conditions are met:
    Lazy Load is globally enabled
Lazy Load is turned off for the specific post or you are viewing uncached version of the page
We are not experiencing this kind of problem on other themes at the moment. The only difference between Lazy Load standalone plugin and WPR Lazy Load feature is that LL plugin won’t check if the cache is enabled and will apply Lazy Load all the time.

WP Rocket Lazy Load feature is working only if caching is enabled for your post. My best guess is, that Pinnacle_Lazy_Load::is_lazy() (lib/image_functions.php:217) should return false when cache is not applied to a specific page, not only when Lazy Load is globally disabled.

Let me know if it makes sense to you.

Did you clear your cache? You could also try recreating this page.

You should generally clear anytime you make changes to the site. The cache/minify will usually update eventually, but if you want to ensure changes are immediate reflected, it’s best to manually clear.

    Hi Ben,

yes, I use WP Fastest Cache and when I deleted the cache with the old javascript – it worked again. How often do I need to this? Is it with every theme update, with every Woo Commerce update?

    Thanks a lot.

    Hey,

Have you tried clearing your site’s cache? Sounds like that may be your issue.

Updated to the latest version. Deleted all caches. The bug is still present in Firefox and Chrome (Desktop) on MacOs.

    #205198

    Hey,
You shouldn’t have a conflict with the visual and text editors. Are you using the latest version of the theme? Are all your plugins up to date? Is this something that just started happening or has it been ongoing? Be sure that you’re clearing your cache.

    Thank you Kevin. That worked.

How do I go about removing that cache from my site? I can’t find it on the installed plug-ins list to deactivate and remove it.

I found the other cache at the top of the page when you open the “caching” dropdown, and then click “cache settings.” It takes you to a section labeled “endurance cache,” which when googled, pointed to bluehost. You still will probably want to go ahead and disable this “endurance cache,” as I don’t believe it’s part of wpfastest.

The CSS Hannah is referring to was found in the page builder widget attributes section. I’ve gone ahead and removed the CSS for you. Let me know if it’s displaying correctly now.

I just googled “bluehost” they’re a hosting company and they offer their own cache plugin. My site isn’t hosted with that company at all.

I just checked and I’m only seeing wp fastest cache active, the only one I use on all of our sites. I don’t see bluehost as an installed plug-in. Where can I find it to remove it?

It looks like you’re running two caching plugins on your site. Bluehost seems to have a cache, as well as wp-fastest cache. Can you try clearing both of them to see if that makes a difference?

You should avoid having two plugins that are intended for the same function.
