    Hi
    I realize that the “contactform7” forms on one of my sites do not work with microsoft Edge. When I click on send, the forms are empty: nothing happens, there is no error message.
    I updated the theme, wordpress and all the extensions but nothing has changed. I tried to change the theme, and here the form works with microsoft edge.
    Another problem, under internet explorer and microsoft edge, some images of the site do not appear ….

    Can you tell me what the problem is?

    That is a shopify page, it’s not even created with WordPress. I think you would want to contact shopify.

    I would suggest contacting your host and asking them to do a backup for you so you can regain access to your admin. It looks like you’re using a pretty old version of the theme. Is there a reason you haven’t updated? You can download the latest version from here: https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/my-api-downloads/ It’s likely that uploading alone will resolve this.

    Hey,
    If you are going to use a plugin that prevents reCAPTCHA unless cookies are accepted, then you will want hide the contact form conditionally. Or add an overlay that says you must allow cookies before you can use this form.

    Hey,

    I have contacted Chamber Dashboard and they have told me that it is not them.

    That seems odd to say, the log clearly shows it’s coming from their plugin?

    Where are you seeing an error on your site? Is there something that you can do to trigger this?

    Hey,
    I suggest you contact your hosting support, ask them to see what’s showing in the PHP error logs, and sending back the broken JSON response when trying to save svgs through the rest API. The log notes should be able to point to what is misconfigured on that website. It’s possible it’s something in your htaccess file.

    None of that I can troubleshoot for you because it’s all server related, and I don’t have access there. So that is why I’m asking you to contact your hosting provider. They have access, so they should be able to see the error logs and determine the issue.

    I found the problem, contact form7 does not work yet with the PHP 7.4 version.
    I had to go back to the PHP 7.3 version and it works again!

    Hi,

    we’ve had a Kadence form block on our contact page for a while and it always worked. Until now. We got reports today that when users hit the form submit button on the page, the form simply reloads, nothing happening. When I disable the reCAPTCHA option of the form, it starts working again. Re-enabling captcha and it stops working. So clearly an issue with reCAPTCHA. I am guessing a bug might have been introduced in the recent plugin update?

    Hey,
    That likly means your server is blocking the upload. I suggest contacting your host and checking the error logs. You can also send me a login and I can take a look, I may be able to give you something more specific to ask your host to change.

    I would guess it’s your payment gateway. The error logs are never complete and an endless spinner means it’s stalling so not able to fishing, error and write into the logs.

    I suggest you either contact your payment gateway plugin or run some tests using a different payment gateway.

    It could also be related to your server in that it’s not allowing you to communicate with the gateway servers.

    Anyway for clarification Ascend doesn’t edit or change how woocommerce checkout works.

    Hey,
    That error shows you have something on your site running your content through a filter and changing code. It’s likely outdated because it’s changing SVG attributes which have a capital letter in your content.

    I suggest you deactivate plugins, if that doesn’t resolve then you will need to contact your hosting provider.

    I was integrating some HTML from Flipcause.com and found the page could not load. I contacted Flipcause and they tracked it down to a problem in Bootstrap.

    They claim the version of JaveScript used by Bootstrap needs to be upgraded to higher than version 1.9.1.
