hello, I integrated the contact form form 7, but after the tests it does not send emails, I have an error message. I do not find the problem.

Hey,
You should try contacting your host. At the least, they should be able to do a backup for you so you have access to your dashboard and can make updates. I definitely would advise updating WordPress as well as your theme and plugins.
You can’t set an initial message as private, but any follow-up messages you can. You should see the Set as a private reply checkbox now.

Hi,

I deactivated and delete a plugin (star box) from my plugins and then boom my site disappeared. I tried to login but couldn’t – I contacted Bluehost who said I must try again in an hour.
Other thing I did before that was adding a favicon as mobile issues said I have no favicon but then I saw there was one? So I’ve tried to re-add it (don’t know what caused the issue) but problem is this morning I can login but my dashboard looks totally different.

No premium theme info, plugins, appearance, google analytics and many other info completely disappeared. I also received message from WordPress informing me their is updates available 🙂 – can’t update anything. Need your urgent assistance please.

Thanks, replaced [kt_contact_form] with Kadence Blocks Form, but I had to install another plugin for the map as I could not find a Map Block, is there one?

Thanks Hannah, I was trying to put the contact form 7 fields (see enquiries page) into 2 columns and a tutorial I found showed me how but included that CSS.
Is there a way around this?

Hey Steve,
Jetpack is actually a WordPress plugin, not Kadence. It is not needed with the theme unless you want to use it, in which case I would suggest contacting WordPress about this.

1) Is it possible once the Contact Form [kt_contact_form] has been submitted via the ‘Send Message’ Button, for the sender to be redirected to another page such as Home or Booking etc.?
2) On the ‘Send Message’ Button, can we change the Button Text? I’ve used some CSS to change some things like the colour of the input text to Black via:

input[type=password],
input[type=url],
input[type=tel],
input[type=number],

Hi Alexander,
Can you tell me what version of WordPress you’re running? I would first suggest contacting your host. At the least they can provide a backup so you can regain access to your admin.

Hey,
The css for the plugin is outputing on the shop page but not the home page. This either means that your caching plugin wasn’t cleared for the home page to add in the css this plugin outputs or that plugin doesn’t output it’s css on the home page. If that is the case you need to contact the plugin author and ask them how to get the css to output on the home page.

Hey,
You need to confirm the email change. If you didn’t get that email to confirm it may mean your server is not set up to send emails, in which case you will need to contact your host or add a seperate mail server.

I had a quick question about the contact form and portfolio blocks.

For the contact form, is there a way to relay responses to multiple emails? I’ve attempted separating emails with ‘ ‘(space), ‘,’ (comma) and ‘;’ (semi-colon), but the form errors out.

For the portfolio block, is there a way to have the overlay and title present without hovering? I’ve attempted setting normal and hover overlay & text to the same, but it still appears only on hover. Manually tried to change to target the div tag, but was not successful either.
