August 16, 2019 at 2:11 pm #233609Hey,
1. Add<br>to the text where you want a line break if that gets sanitized in your widget then you will need to contact the widget creators for a possible workaround.
2. I’m not sure what plugin you are suing. But most have options for this. It’s best to contact the plugin authors.However a workaround you can use is this custom css:
@media (max-width: 991px){ .widget_maxmegamenu { display: none; } }Ben

Hi Cressa,
What version of the theme were you updating from? Have you tried manually updating? You can download the latest version from here: http://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/
Have you tried contacting your host to see what insight they have?Hannah
In forum: Ascend ThemeIn forum: Ascend ThemeIn this page on your demo site, you have the Title “Contact us” displayed:
In this About us page (and others), there is no Title displayed:
The Ascend theme has a simple way to enable/disable the Title on the Home page and Shop page. My questions are:
1. How can we enabled/disable display of Title on individual pages?
2. How can we disable display of Title on ALL pages?In forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: change the menu text color on specific post/page

August 12, 2019 at 11:10 am #233050Try resaving your logo and reuploading. That can mean the file is corrupted.
Else you need to contact your host, WordPress Core handles uploading.

August 9, 2019 at 10:58 am #232842Hey,
It appears that your theme is breaking the product page. If I deactivate our plugin it won’t show. I suggest you install a different theme or contact theme support with our plugins deactivated and have them help you get your site working with basic woocommerce structure.Ben

In forum: Ascend ThemeAugust 7, 2019 at 1:55 pm #232728Hey Paul,
The notice is always a return from the card bank. We are not and would not block you.You would have to contact your bank and reference the attempted purchase. Your only saved payment information is expired so to purchase you would have to enter new payment information.
BenIn forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Plugin Conflict
Hi, I am having an issue with being able to edit the site via Customize or Theme Options. When I bring them up, they basically come up blank. I have contacted Siteground my hosting company and they advised me to test all of the plugins. It seemed to be trouble with the Chamber Dashboard plugins. They went into my site and this is the response I received from them:
I see what you mean, when you go to the Customizer, it does not load.
However, leaving the Chamber Dashboard plugins activated, we switched to the Twenty Ninteen theme on your site and the Customizer loads just fine.
We also tested by installing the free version of the Virtue theme on one of our demo sites, and we are able to use the Customizer and the theme options without a problem.
This seems to point to an issue with the premium version of the Virtue theme. Have you reached out to the theme author on this topic?
Let us know what you find out.
Lisa K.Since this is a website for a Chamber of Commerce this is an urgent issue. Please let me know if you need access to the site to help resolve this. The site is *Login to see link
I followed the advice here:
*Login to see link
but nothing changed.Do I need to edit the css somehow (I have never done this). I am using a child theme.

July 30, 2019 at 7:05 pm #232126Thank you so much for your help and making the ratio adjustment! Looks much better!
As for the tab widget, I see you added it but I don’t know how to populate it. Hannah said it is pulling from the product info. I am not sure where to add this to populate to the tabs. I would like to have 3 or 4 tabs: Reviews, Nutrition info, The No-No’s and Storage and add text to each. How do I create them and populate them wit text?
On this page you can see there are some tabs automatically (probably coming from the theme): https://www.katinka.org/shop/better-than-whole-wheat/
I will contact PayPal tomorrow on how to get rid of the buttons as I would find and PayPal settings on the WP sidebar.
Thank you!In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Ninja Forms – Force Change Submit Button Colour

I have the same issue. The contact form fields are not showing up. Neither on the backend nore on the front end. I have also set the template to ‘Contact’.
Now I am going to install the site origin to add a contact us template, (old style). Dont know how contact us work on the “Blocks system”.In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Top Bar Font Issue
I’m sure this is a really easy fix, but I’m just missing it.
I’m using the top bar for basic contact information, but if the window is shrunken down too much, the characters start to overlap. I have it id’d as an H4 element for sizing purposes, but maybe there’s a better way that won’t cause this problem.
The site is http://www.deangallagher.com.
Is there a better way for me to handle this that will address this potential problem?
Thanks,
DeanIn forum: Virtue ThemeHello:
I have a two-column footer, with contact info in column 1 and social media icons in column 2. I would like to right align the social media icons in column 2. See staging.elektrikzoo.com.I have tried this CSS and it didn’t work:
footercol2 {
text-align: right;
}Thanks if someone can provide guidance here.

July 11, 2019 at 8:29 am #230537Hey,
That notice is saying that yoast SEO created a fatal error on your site. So to keep your site live WordPress deactivate the plugin for you.I suggest reinstalling yoast and trying to activate. If that gives you the same error then you should contact yoast to see if it’s something they have a solution for.
