Hey,
The plugin does not provide a built-in function for that. Have you tried contacting the plugin developers? They may have a workaround. Otherwise would you have to code this in a child theme.Hannah

I have just had the block cannot display issue on another site as well. I am thinking it maybe something to do with Kadence Blocks and PHP v7 as I have just updated this site to PHP 7.
Also, another site I was working on today was having site unavailable issues (PHP 7). When a colleague contacted the hosting company they said it was the two blocks plugins? The site would display the Twenty Nineteen theme but not the Kadence Themes – I tried Virtue and Pinnacle.

I am using WPforms as a contact form . Is there any way I can reply directly to the user’s messages. At the moment replying sends the reply to me.
I know it’s an external plugin, but I haven’t found a solution in their FAQ or in your Kadence tutorial. It might be something very simple I just missed and perhaps you can help me.

There a set of plugins specifically made Chamber of Commerce’s. When a member pays for there membership, the print button on the page does not function. I have contacted Chamber Dashboard, the author of the involved plugins, and did receive a reply basically saying that the Virtue Premium theme is causing the conflict. I can send you a new login if you need it to get into the site.
I want to say that there was another issue between Virtue and Chamber Dashboard that you did an excellent job of helping with! Below is a cut and paste of their response to the trouble ticket. Thanks

Active on this site are Member Manager Pro and Virtue Pro.
When we deactivate all plugins except Chamber Dashboard plugins, still using the Virtue Pro theme, the print button is still not working.
When we switch to the Twenty Nineteen theme, the invoice layout is contained and the print button works.
When we switch to the free version of the Virtue theme, the invoice layout is contained and the print button works.
We have also tested invoices on our demo site, using several other themes. Invoices show up fine and the print button is working.
It seems that there could be a setting within the Virtue Pro theme that is causing the display issue. Would it be possible for you to reach out to the theme author to see if they can help troubleshoot this?

Thanks for this. The top of each column now aligns, but I’m still not able to get the following to work out:
-I just noticed that a bit of the left side of the logo in Footer Column 1 is cut off
-Footer Columns 2 & 3 (Contact and Follow Us) seem to be different font sizes. I tried updating the header font options in Topography settings, but the footer font didn’t seem to be pulling from any of these.
-Columns aren’t equally spaced
Sorry to have so many questions–I’m just not sure where I go to make these updates.

Hi there, I’m not sure if you can help or not for some reason the uploads are not displaying correctly.
When users fill out the form the success message displays with a link to the pdf to download.
To test it out, fill out the Create your flight plan form and click on the link and you will see the error I get.

It looks like your php max upload size is being reached. I would suggest contacting your host and asking them to increase this for you.

I see this error on your site in the console:
TypeError: Cannot read property ‘after_subscription’ of undefined
It’s coming from a script in the hustle plugin.
I suggest contacting their support to ask about that error.
It’s also worth it for you to test with w3 total cache completely off.

In attempting to order a single membership, I ended up ordering TWO memberships and the Kadence Related Content plugin. I definitely did not intend to do this…can you refund my CC for everything other than a single Kadence membership?

I’m having trouble figuring out how to place the banner I want to appear in some pages of the Pinnacle them. The banner is not showing in many pages.
For example take a look at these pages, none of them are displaying the header banner. I tried in personalization. Editing the post and setting the banner link.

In forum: Membership ForumsI am currently using WPForms plugin. They indicated they currently do not have that functionality but will keep it in mind for the future. They offered this link in the meantime, *Login to see link Any suggestions on a plugin or htaccess modifications to block countries from using a specific WPForms contact form or access to website?
I am also currently using Loginizer/Brute Force but only can blacklist IPs manually, plus IpBlocker in control panel. I assume if I use another plugin for this, I would need to uninstall Loginizer to avoid plugin conflict?
My host provider gave me the following links to consider via the htaccess modifications. I was given some links on how to modify htaccess for countries but may be beyond my confident learning curve right now.

I did des activate all plugins with no luck. I did read all the doc from contact form 7 and I must say I am lost. I tried to use WP forms lite suggested by Kadence, did the integration procedure and set up Recaptcha. That works, but the messages are sent to my mail box. I’d like the messages to be sent to my daughter’s mail box instead since it is her website, but I have not found a way to do that.
So I set Contact Form 7 again. The recaptcha device still doesn’t work.
All I need is a way for my daughter to receive email messages from her clients.
Could you please help me find a way.

In forum: Membership ForumsI don’t know what method you are using to send a post via MailChimp. But that is your issue and if you want to investigate more you have to contact the authors of that. You would have to experiment with other sliders to see if any will send through an email and not create duplication.
It doesn’t really make sense to me that a slider would be embed into an email so my suggestion is to find a way to remove that.

There used to be a addition test with 2 figures. NOW I Get 4 letters and sending an email fails.
