Hi Hannah –
My host was able to restore the database, but they said to contact you because they thought the problem was with the theme. So thanks for verifying that there is no compatibility problem with the theme.-

In forum: Membership ForumsIn reply to: Email Designer: Translating with wpml
October 1, 2019 at 9:47 am #238305Hey,
That is part of Woocomerce. It’s similar to the header and subject. Our plugin doesn’t add those inputs instead or plugin just allows you to edit them within the customizer. If you click on woocommerce > settings > emails and edit an email you can also edit the additional content there as well. This all means that translating that is going to come to your WPML woocommerce plugin. It should make those strings available.
It’s a pretty new field, only part of woocommerce since 3.7 so it’s possible the WPML WooCommece plugin you are using doesn’t support it yet. I suggest contacting the plugin authors.

October 1, 2019 at 9:41 am #238303Hey,
Within the browser, you can right-click, click inspect and view the “console” which outputs errors. Your site was showing an error referencing an autoptimize file.By disabling it you lose the benefits of autoptimize.
It’s most likely that the plugin as a whole isn’t your issue. Instead the settings were probably incorrect. You can reactivate and change settings within the plugin while testing. Or contact the plugin authors to see if they have some suggested settings.

This should work for you:
input#as_contact_send { font-size: 20px; font-family: "Josefin Slab"; font-weight: 700; padding-left: 12px; padding-right: 12px; letter-spacing: 0px; background: rgb(49, 190, 232) !important; color: rgb(255, 255, 255); border-style: solid; border-width: 2px; border-radius: 4px; border-color: rgb(49, 190, 232); } input#as_contact_send:hover { background: #fff !important; color: rgb(49, 190, 232); box-shadow: none; }Hannah

Do you have a suggestion for the button on the contact page, too?

September 26, 2019 at 6:24 am #238107Hi
http://www.bjud-in.se
We have had a problem for a long time that gives customers an error message after making a purchase. We have had this problem since the beginning of May 2019. The error message is “Payson API Error: 400 Missing payment id” (attaches a picture of what it looks like) , but all orders go through as usual. We have been in contact with those who make the payment solution “Payson” and they have concluded that it is the theme that causes the error message. They made a copy on our site and concluded that it is the theme that is causing the problem
They have changed the theme to the storefront and everything works without problems.
It causes us a lot of unnecessary contact with customers who worry and think that things have gone wrong.
We have a designer linked to the site via Printsience, we have also been in contact with them and they referred us to the fact that there was something wrong with Payson.
Hope you can help us with the problem.
Regards
AndersAttaches a statement I translated with Google translate:
Kristian replied Jul 1, 8:42 AM
Hello,In the test environment, I tested changing the site theme to Storefront, which is a theme we are compatible with. When this theme was active, I received no Payson API Errors. So the error you are experiencing is because of the theme you are using. Why the theme is causing this Payson error We do not know exactly why, but it may be that the theme is somehow clearing the session so that the payment id is lost, leading to the error message: Payson API Error: 400 Missing payment id “.
Sincerely,
Kristian Andersson–

Great Okay Not GoodIn forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Plugin Functionality
Start by updating to the latest version of the theme. If the issue remains I would suggest contacting your host and asking them to back up. It could be you have a conflicting plugin, but you would need to regain the ability to deactivate your plugins to test them.

In forum: Virtue ThemeSeptember 10, 2019 at 3:44 am #235583Hi,
I set a “Feature Page Options” > “Image Slider” on our home page, but then when I went to change it to use different images, no matter what I do, it shows the original images.
If I “Clear Gallery” and update – same result.
The only way it changes is if I change the “Page Attributes” to “Contact” – which removes the slider altogether. Setting it back to “Feature”, with new images, still shows the original images 🙁
It’s not a cache issue – all other changes are instant.
Deleting one of the original images still shows the slider, with a blank where the image should be.

Hi Hannah,
I am not sure what happened, but many of the links of my website are now broken with error “Not Found” “The requested URL is not on this server” Its seems my URL structure has changed. Here is an example: “https://performanceplustennis.com/contact-us” to: “https://performanceplustennis.com/?page_id=45”. What happened? How can I get my original link structure back? Thanks for your prompt assistance! In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Where to paste the API key

In forum: Ascend ThemeSeptember 5, 2019 at 2:02 pm #235229Hi Hannah,
Thanks for that information, I’ll contact Elementor.
Until then I’d like to get my header to be transparent until scrolled and then turn white. Although I have settings adjusted for this it doesn’t seem to be working.
Thanks in advance 🙂
