@media (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 992px){
.image-menu-image-size {
width: 50%;
}
}
.image-menu-image-size {
margin-bottom: 15px;
}
Can you select a larger image for the staff.
The css will add a bottom margin (not there by default) and force two rows on ipad.
Ben

Hi could you have a look at liquiddispenser.co.uk on an ipad as the the flip boxes seem to disappear and distort the text above when clicked. They work fine on windows, macosx and android. It is the Virtue Bold theme.
Thanks.
I just launched a new website and I’ve had some reports from users on mobile and tablet devices that they are having trouble seeing the menu. I have not been able to reproduce it on my own devices, but I have screenshots from one person. Essentially, when they click the 3 lines that indicate the menu dropdown on mobile devices, the background for the menu is not showing thus the menu links are overlaying onto the page and images on the homepage itself, making the menu items impossible to see. Also, as soon as they begin to scroll down, the menu disappears completely. The live website this is happening on is fumcoly.org. I’ve also posted the screenshots I uploaded to my development site for you to see. On my devices, the menu navigation includes a white background and seems to be functioning as it should be on my iPad mini 2 and MacBook Pro. I’ve also tested it on several other devices including an android tablet and it seems to be OK. To the best of my knowledge, the people reporting this issues were using either an iPhone or a regular sized iPad, but there may be others as well as we’ve had several reports of this error.
Any thoughts what may be causing this?
Hi Ben,
1. I just updated wordpress to 4.7.1 and now when I add variations to a product, they do not seem to show up on the frontend. Could you check on that?
2. Is there a possibility to make the top menu bar sticky on mobiles/ ipad version?
Im trying on an iphone 6 plus and an iphone 7 plus an ipad. I have cleared my cache on all
Hi Hannah, that has worked a treat on my ipad turned horizontal but when I turn it vertical the menu disappears altogether and the same when i look using my iphone.
Thanks for your help.
My menu on a iphone or ipad has a grey banner/background which I would like to change to white/transparant. I have tried doing this in the basic and advanced styling menu’s but it doesnt change no matter what I do. I wonder if you can please help me.
Hi my website http://www.torbaytelecom.co.uk looks great on a laptop & desktop but the logo is really stretched on an ipad. Can you please advise how I can stop this logo from being stretched on an ipad.
Thanks
Hi,
Is there a way that you can force the Primary menu appear on iPad the same way it appears on desktop?
thank you!
Tracy
Hello,
Did Pinnacle theme support to use it on IPad with the WordPress App ?
Thanks.
Jean-Luc
That’s it Ben!
here is the link: colorful.volquardsen.photo
I’ve now defined the centered logo to be left aligned, when the hamburger menu is created. That looks better, I think. But the menu has now the correct behaviour, even on the iPad.
Marc
Hi,
I’ve some trouble with the display of the hamburger menu of the primary menu. I’ve defined the logo positioning as centered and have a left and a right primary menu.
Now the hamburger menu isn’t displayed on the right:
Primary menu iPad mini
but only on a real iPad (mini) not in an emulator (Mac):
Primary menu iPad mini emlutor
I hope you have the option to test it with an iPad. It’s a problem for my because I can’t run developer tools on the iPad and all emulators shows it correct aligned right.
With best wishes for 2017!
Marc
Thanks guys,
iPad was fixed with the latest CSS Ben provided, however, now the iPhone mobile header isn’t centered at all. Removing all previously entered custom CSS does not fix it, which is very strange, not sure how that’s possible.

Virtue theme – when the site is viewed on an iPad, there is no search bar.
On an iPhone and desk top, no problem, the search bar is visible.
ipad issue:
@media (min-width: 768px){
.container.mobile-header-container {
margin: 0 auto;
}
}
Ben
Bingo,
You nailed it Kevin. That fixed the problems. The scrolling issue only occurs when I have sticky mobile headers on, which is why I turned them off. Basically sometimes the header gets stuck out of the screen at the top if you scroll too fast.
Otherwise, the only problem I can see now is the header is a few pixels too far left in iPad portrait.
Hey,
Are you logged in when seeing these screenshots?
Is there anything you can tell me that would help me be able to see this? I’ve tried windows, mac, and 4 browsers in each along with an iphone, ipad and samsung galaxy. I still have yet to see the page load a cross between the two languages and so I’m having a really hard time even guessing at troubleshooting because I can’t see it.
I am seeing that there are still language strings not translated. like “menu” and “your cart” these things will all be in the theme string translations.
