Hi,
I see from the search there are various menu topics but I couldn’t find one specific for the Ascend Premium mobile menu showing no content. When I populate the mobile navigation I can arrange the items exactly where I want them. The navigation items are all Product Categories, some are set as sub categories. I can see the mobile menu items while I am editing them. I can also see these items if I exit and go back into the menus – all seems ok.
When I use live preview and choose mobileview, the menu is blank and only contains the search bar. This is the same if I view the site on my mobile device(Samsung Galaxy S8 or iPad Pro)
When I set the mobile navigation to an existing main_navigation menu(which shows perfectly on desktop) the menu still doesn’t show when viewed on a mobile device.
I have several sites using the Ascend Premium theme and have checked the settings against working menus. Using the same structures I have working menus and non working menus, it is all very confusing.
I have used the original menus and also tried creating a custom menu to rectify the issue but I cannot get the mobile menu to show for the world of Unicorns site

How can I edit the size of the edit shop basket button or use voucer code button so these buttons align?
Thanks in advance
MartijnIn forum: Ascend ThemeHiya,
I have a site where I use a portfolio grid on the homepage. This works great on desktop as you get the titles when you hover but on an iPad or mobile it is less intuitive. Is there some css I can use which will switch on the Hover Square and Portfolio Title when on a mobile?
Many thanks.

May 29, 2018 at 10:41 pm #191556Hey,
Don’t need a video that would just show us what you’re already saying. Can you send a login so I can test with my phone on your site? I also do not have an issue when testing with a mobile device.Make sure you are not running any ad blockers on your phone or Ipad.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeMay 29, 2018 at 7:51 am #191466Since updating to WordPress 4.9.6 I can no longer edit posts on my mobile devices (iPad Air, iPhone 7). Once I have interacted with the text I can no longer scroll the screen, preventing me from making any formatting changes. If I get out of the text editing field I can scroll the screen again.
I have dumped cache and deactivated TineyMCE plugins. Are there any Kadence related plugins that interact with TineyMCE that I should try deactivating? Or do you guys have any other suggestions?
I have also posted this question on WordPress.org forums and submitted it as a bug.
In forum: Ascend ThemeIn forum: Virtue ThemeHello Ben,
The previous code worked much better. With it, only the ipad landscape mode needed to be corrected.
By removing it and adding the new one, it works well for ipad- landscape and portrait mode; but on mobiles- in both modes, the language widget is a little to the right.
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn forum: Virtue ThemeHello,
I noticed that ONLY IN IPAD LANDSCAPE MODE, my main navigation menu button doesn’t show up on the left hand top corner, below the language dropdown. Thus no navigation is available to the customer.
It shows up correctly in all other devices – landscape and portrait mode.
Could you help?
Thanking you in anticipation.

Hello Ben,
1. The first code works well. Thank you.
2. I compared it before, and did so again. This second one seems to look much better on all devices. I guess I will leave it at this second code for now, until I see some issues cropping up because of it.
4. This code works much better. Only on the ipad in portrait mode now its a little lopsided to the left.
5. This does not help. The issue still persists. Further, it also causes the mobile portrait mode to get messed up, when its changed to 30 & 70%.

In forum: Virtue ThemeHello Hannah,
Could you please help me with this? I need some css for these issues I noticed on the site.
1. On ipads, in landscape mode, two shopping baskets are visible on the topbar. I only want the one with the value to be visible.
2. Also, how can I align correctly the new icons I create – to have the same padding from the bottom. At present the new icons I upload are a little lower than the cart icon.
3. In ipad portrait mode, I would prefer to have the flag & language dropdown a bit to the left; so that its in line with the menu button thats below it.
4. In any product page, under the tab – ENQUIRE NOW, could you help me with putting the recaptcha – I’m not a robot box in the centre of the form. At present its aligned to the left.
5. On desktops and ipad landscape mode , in some products ; the product attribute names like METAL TYPE & STONE COLOUR are breaking onto two lines. The second word is overlapping the next attribute name. I’d would like it to be on the same line.
Thanking you in anticipation.
Kind RegardsIn forum: Virtue ThemeI thought I had fixed this once before but all the code I have seems to not work, i’m probably just doing something stupid and would really appreciate your help.
I want to keep the desktop menu view still showing on iPad landscape and portrait and no matter what I do I still see the hamburger navigation on the iPad. The site in question is enzoswindsor.co.uk and I just want to suppress the hamburger view and keep the primary menu showing just like in the desktop view.
Can you help?

March 26, 2018 at 10:24 am #185093Hey,
1. Your first issue. What size or type of tablet are you using?
The screen shot shows mobile mode but that should only apply to smaller screen not an ipad for example. so are you on a mobile tablet hybrid?2. add more products and I can see what the issue is.
3. You can add this css:
@media (max-width: 767px){ .shopcolumn1 .product_item .product_details .product_excerpt { display: none; } }In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Fit icons on topbar in mobile mode

March 5, 2018 at 9:59 am #181976Hmm, I”m not seeing it will do more testing, but right now it’s showing in mobile mode when I check Ipad 12.9.
I have to say it seems odd to use parallax on an image with text on it. On a large screen in desktop you would never see that text.
You are using a cache there too so make sure that is cleared.
