    Hannah.

    I do have Display Sidebar set to Default under Post Options.

    Re content in sidebar. Good question. I do have 2 posts. Each has categories and tags. There are no comments.

    Given that, I think I should at least have Recent Posts and Archives showing.

    If I look at a post I can see space set aside on the right for the sidebar.

    Hey,
    Can you post a link? These are two separate sites right?

    Hi Ben,

    Remember Ben, when they made an extreme change / upgrade to the Revolution Slider? I am going to do deductive reasoning from this inquiry I sent You back on 8/18/2015. You replied with this message :

    Ben Ritner wrote:

    Hey,
    So apparently the slider wasn’t ready for 4.3.. I’m going to update with a slider update once I have it.

    So, I am going to deductively reason the version is 4.3, which You stated, or just a version or two before it.

    Thanks,

    Hey Daniel,
    For the icon menu try adding this to your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings:
    1.

    @media (max-width: 992px) {
    .home-iconmenu {
        width: 50% !important;
        float: left;
    }
    }

    2. Do you want this to affect your products on the homepage or the shop page? Can you post a link?

    Hannah

    #78504

    In your theme options > blog options have you set the defualt post summary to be portrait?

    Ben

    #78503

    Hey,
    1. the custom carousel has a link option. If your not setting that link then it wouldn’t go anywhere.

    I your wanting a gallery carousel that links to a lightbox I recommend that you enabled the home widget area. Then in your apperance> widgets add the virtue gallery to that widget area and select carousel in the widget settings.

    If you wanting a portfolio that is different portfolio posts would link to the post itself. See here for portfolio examples: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/portfolio/

    Hi Ben,

    I do have the events as posts on my homepage and with virtue free they had the post pictures on their left, like the “normal” posts. With premium, the pictures appear only when you open the event/post. The posts with pictures are either “normal” posts or pages.

    Hey,
    Since this is your home page and not a category page Kevin’s tip won’t change that page. The home page is set in your theme options > home layout. There the max option is 26 items.

    So here is what you can do. go to the theme options > home layout and move “portfolio full” to disabled. and home widget area to enabled.

    Then go to apperance > widgets. Add a text widget to the home widget area and place this shortcode inside the text widget.

    [portfolio_posts columns="4" items="40" filter="true"]

    Ben

    #78491

    Just to be clear hannahs shortcode would pull from the category events but just the latest one. If you want to use a the category home just change that last part. like this:

    [kad_blog orderby=date items=1 fullpost=false cat=home]
    #78489

    Hey,
    I’m not sure what you mean by that. Can you post a link so I can see? Are you wanting events on your home page?
    Ben

    #78486

    Hey,
    Yes there is a limit based on space. can you post a link to your site so I can see what your doing?

    Hey,
    1.

    @media (min-width: 768px){
        .kad-topbar-left {
        position: absolute;
        right: 0;
        z-index: 100;
    }

    .topclass > .container {
        position: relative;
    }

    .topbar-widget p {
        line-height: 36px;
        margin-bottom: 0;
    }
    }

    2.

    .topbarmenu ul li a {
        color: black;
    }

    3. I don’t know what you mean by a checkout icon? And next to what?

    5. I’m not seeing buttons? aside from the one that is for add to cart? I’m confused at that your asking?

    6.

    .post-type-archive-product .page-header {
        display: none;
    }

    7. Because the products are in columns you can’t force the last two into a new column system where they would appear centered on the page. That isn’t an option.

    8. In your theme options > basic styling. Set the primary color to black. and the 30% primary also to black.

    If you want secondary buttons like coupons to be black also use this css:

    .shop_table .actions input[type=submit].button {
        background: black !important;
        color: white !important;
    }

    Hi Cathal,
    Did you post them on these forums? You can search your name to find questions you’ve asked.

    Hey Jerry,
    In your post edit page[s] make sure you have you have Display Sidebar set to Default under Post Options. Does that make a difference? Also, make sure there is content in the sidebar you’re selecting.

    Hi Franky,
    1. Can you post a link?

    2. This css should remove the no reviews text:

    p.woocommerce-noreviews {
        display: none;
    }

    Just paste that in your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings.

    #78456

    I know this is pretty basic but I’ll be darned if I can figure out how to do this.

    Have:

    Edit Blog Page – Display Sidebar – Yes

    Home Layout – Display Sidebar on Page – No

    Main Settings – Site Layout Style – Boxed

    Blog Options – Blog Post Defaults – Blog Post Sidebar Default – Yes, Show

    Blog Options – Blog Category/Archive Defaults –

    Blog Options – Display the sidebar on blog archives? – yes

    Blog Options – Choose a Sidebar for your Category/Archive Pages – Primary Sidebar

    This has gotta be something basic I am missing.

    Thanks,

    Jerry

    Hey Alex,
    I assume these are your product attributes? They should appear in the order that they are added. Is this not the case for you? Can you post a link?
