Hi, I hope you will not mind if I jump in Nic.
rbg(…) stands for the color Red Blue Green, the first # is for red, the second for blue and the third for green. The A in rbga is for an alpha channel – for transparencies.
I found a site, the w3schools that helps A LOT for choosing colors (and for many other questions about css).

I have a client that is using Woocommerce Version 2.2.8 with BigCloudCMS 2.5.6. My client’s theme says it is Virtue Premium Theme. On my client’s site, when I click “Theme Options” I see “BigCloudCMS 2.5.6 – KADENCE THEMES” at the top.

I just purchased Virtue – Premium 3.2.6 for my Woocommerce site and my theme options and my client’s theme options with BigCloudCMS 2.5.6 look very similar. Are they the same theme, just different versions and slightly different names?

Second question, If I update my client to the newest Virtue Premium Theme theme, will most of the theme settings be preserved?

For some odd reason, when I change the site language to Chinese, the “Date” info on the WooCommerce Orders page becomes fix words “year/mm/dd” instead of the real info like “2015/09/02” .
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello,

Only for our homepage we removed the logo (as the banner functions as logo there) with custom CSS. At screen width (about) 990px our menu disappears and shows up again as mobile menu at (about) 766px. Can you tell how to show it also in between?

Is there a way I can specify how much of a block is coloured when using the hover and active colour background on the menu – I just want a block around the words – rather than the whole depth of the header being coloured… if that makes sense – here’s the site: *Login to see link

Hello,
Sorry to ask a weird question – but I am working on a photography site and I like how the slides go right up behind the menu, header and logo, however when it is fully transparent (before scroll) the menu isn’t quite readable.
Is there a way to make the transparent a bit less transparent? So the visitor will be able to see the image behind the menu, header and logo but instead of it being completely see through it is a tiny bit shaded – like 25% maybe?

Hi Ben,

My suspect were correct. The problem is about QtranslateX. Something is wrong after wp 4.3 update because before it worked correctly in sharing with Google plus.
I made confrontation between my other site plugins than I deactivated qtranslatex and the title appeared correctly.

I already contacted the plugin developer team.

Hi everybody!

I am having problems updating both plugins and the Pinnacle theme for months on three websites with one specific provider. I have tried asking them but they can’t help me.

When I try to update plugins or the theme, I get the error which states that the old files couldn’t be removed and therefore the installation failed. I checked my file rights and they are all oke. I also checked the error log but not sure what to do with that information. I will copy that in a private post for Ben.

Furthermore not sure what to do know, I have to install everything by downloading and uploading it myself.

Hopefully someone knows!

Hi!

I have a page on my site called ‘work with us’ and would like only two from the staff and their contact info with a small “Do you wanna work here etc…” text. I can only make the text go above the two staff pictures, which looks a bit weird since the staff gets so big. I would instead want the text to go beside the two staff pictures, is that possible? Im sitting in page builder and looking through your forums and still can’t figure this one out 😛

If by “manually installing” you mean download the zip file from your link, then add it in the wp-admin dashboard via Appearance–>Themes and wait for it to “unpack the package,” then I get error message: “Could not copy file. virtue_premium/lib/shortcodes/video/video_shortgen.js”

Previously, when I tried that route, the error message was “Themes need a style sheet and a theme template. None found.” That was when the whole site reverted to the default WP theme 2015—and Virtue Premium disappeared from my “Themes” options. That’s when I restored via the backup I had… luckily.

The weird thing is, every attempt to update, either through “update” (which always worked before the WP 4.3 upgrade) gives a completely different error message.

Any other ideas?

I’ve been alerted that there is a new update for my Virtual Premium theme, from 3.2.5 to 3.2.6. However, nothing I’ve tried allows this update to proceed. I’ve spoken with my host and they say it’s a problem with the theme (!)… but I’ve never had a problem with this theme before. (They basically hung up on me when I said that… so, I’m over here now). I have suddenly had problems updating various components, like plugins, etc. once I upgraded to WordPress 4.3 though… but so far, have been able to eventually wrestle them into submission.

One attempt to update the VP theme completely wiped out the entire theme (and the site defaulted to the WP 2015 theme). I restored it from a backup I had… but… that was a bit unnerving.

I have also tried to completely re-upload the entire theme (as if it were a new one) from the downloaded zip file provided at your upload link.

It’s a blur now, but, I’ve saved some of the error messages I’ve received over multiple attempts. Each represents a separate attempt to update, in case that gives a clue, because each attempt yields a different—but similar—error. Here they are:

An error occurred while updating Virtue – Premium: Could not copy file. virtue_premium/lib/kad_shortcodes.php
