    You bet, the account page is cached and takes a day to update so that if there is some unforeseen issue a user can easily download the last version.

    It’s hard to tell all thats happening but some iframes are loading on your site which if they are coming from this plugin then you should absolutely not use.

    Please disable and turn off wp-super cache so I can see the site uncached.

    Please disable and turn off autoptimize.

    Then post back here.

    Many thanks for your reply Kevin and offering the css.

    I did try it and cleared all the caches etc but it didn’t work, so I’m going to try and keep it simple by removing the variation option for a simple product – which I guess makes sense!

    What I’m still having trouble with is centering the quantity and cart button on a simple product page. Ben kindly supplied some css for a variable product page, but as yet I haven’t been able to do the same for the simple product page.

    Also, I’m still not seeing the correct variations order. They differ from the order set in admin > products > attributes …as well as in the product pages as well.

    1. I’m still seeing the CSS in your custom CSS box. did you clear your cache?

    2. Again, did you try clearing your cache?

    3. Try this CSS and let me know if it works for you:

    .single-product form.cart {
        display: block;
        margin: 0 auto;
        max-width: 200px;
    }

    Hi Chris,
    In Theme Options > Shop Archive Settings have you set “Show Ratings in Shop and Category Pages” to Off? Make sure you are clearing your cache after doing so.

    I still see that CSS in your child theme. Did you clear your site’s cache after removing it?

    Have you cleared all your cache?

    I just tested on my site and am not having the same issue. It appears that you’re using a child theme. If so, try activating the parent theme to see if the issue persists. Be sure to clear your cache after doing so.

    Let me know if that makes a difference.

    I’m not seeing it in your custom CSS box. Did you clear your cache after adding it?

    Did you clear your cache after making the change? If you can post a login in a private reply, I’ll be happy to take a look and see if I can find anything obviously wrong.

    Hi,
    I’ve never had this issue before, but the mobile menu is not working on this site. I’ve tested it in mobiletest.me and screenfly, and it works, but when I try it on my iPhone, it doesn’t work. I have cleared my cache on the phone as well as on the website. Why is this happening? Here it the url:

    Hey,

    1. Try going to WooCommerce> Status> Tools, and “Clear customer sessions.” Also be sure to clear your site’s cache.

    2. Let me know if the above steps make a difference.

    Hello Christina,

    It’s tough to say what may be causing this since I can’t see the issue at the moment. The fist thing that I would try when this happens is clearing your site’s cache. It’s possible that the latest changes are just not getting updated, and the problem is coming from your cache.

    I’ll continue testing to see if I can replicate the issue on my site.

    Hi Ben

    I didn’t have any luck with that code. I tried placing it at the bottom of the custom CSS, deleting both the site and browser cache, in case these would change anything, but no luck.

    I guess if it’s related to my Windows settings, it’s unlikely to be something that affects other users. It does show up OK in Firefox under those settings, just not in Chrome.

    Thanks for all of your help.

    Have a good one!

    Ben –

    I didn’t know that about Pinterest and I think that’s what’s happening because I cleared the cache and changed the page name with Yoast. Thanks.

    Hey,
    Make sure to update your Yoast SEO settings. those need to change with the title change.

    But there are caches involved when pinning with Pinterest. I suggest waiting a couple days then trying. I would guess this is your likely issue.

    Hey,

    I’m not sure how this is set by the plugin you’re using, but the first thing I would do is be sure you clear your cache. Perhaps you need to change the permalink of the page. I’m not sure since this isn’t controlled by the theme.

    Have you tried checking with the plugin support? Unless I’m misunderstanding the question, the theme has no ability to “pin.”
