ok, so there isn’t a row outputing. If your editing and adding one are you clearing your cache after the save? Looks like you have a caching plugin running so you would need to clear it to see updates.

Here’s a link to Site Origin about the Page Builder plugin conflict. I called my host provider, Lunarpages.com, to see if the sites I have with them have a server cache, and they don’t. And I have an auto clear cache for Edge when leaving browser each time. Then I checked within WP for any options to clear cache there, and there was none. I also don’t use a cache plugin.
    https://siteorigin.com/troubleshooting/identifying-plugin-conflicts/

So, the last option is to deactivate plugins. Thank you for offering. Could you work from http://www.mychoiceconnection.com/wp-admin? The server is GoDaddy on this one and I flushed cache withine WP. I will shortly send you a login/password as an admin. I don’t want to troubleshoot the others (www.celebratingyourjourney.com or http://www.hcarcheology.org yet). It seems sometimes when some plugins are deactivated then reactivated you lose some of the features and have to redo them. Want to avoid this with these two sites for now. And I am not going to activte Site Origin with new client’s site using Ascend until this is fixed.

The http://www.mychoiceconnection.com site will be shortly put in maintenance mode until I talk with my client who hasn’t done anything on that site for some time now. Need to see what she wants to be done. So, testing plugin conflicts on this one wont matter if it messes up. Thanks so much for your help with this.

    Hello, Hannah

Maybe I was a little confused in my last message. What I meant is that the problem remains, even after cleaning the cache. You mentioned something about a php log error, could you explain better where I could find it and what I should do with it?

    Thank you,
    Felippe

    Hi Hannah,

Yes, I did clear the cache, one by one, and at some point all plugins were off and the problem remains.

I don’t know what’s in your php error log, is that something that could help?

    Thank you,
    Felippe

    Hi Felippe,
Did you clear your cache after deactivating your plugins? Do you know what’s in your php error log?

    Hey,
In my testing, I’m not seeing a 5-8 second wait. But this wouldn’t be controlled by the theme. The query is set to your server and the products are shown as soon as your server response. I recommend that you install a caching plugin so the server can respond with a cache of the products and not have to build the output each time. That should significantly increase the load speed.

    Hello Ben,

now the cache should be clear.
    Thanks

Can you clear the cache on your site? I still do not see the page loading the plugin

    #191129

It’s odd I don’t see what you are referring to on https://spassbremsen.com/ This is loading without that plugin. Perhaps you need to clear the server cache so I can see that you have the plugin active.

The theme is in conflict with wp-rocket, it’s a cache plugin can you rectify that

    #191025

    Hey,

The theme is working fine on my installation. What is the current version of Virtue on your website? Have you tried disabling active plugins one by one to see if there is a plugin conflict? Be sure to clear your cache each time when testing plugins.

Let me know if you find anything.

    Hey,

You’re getting a lot of errors on your page. Have you tried testing your active plugins by deactivating one by one to see if the header works properly when a certain plugin is OFF?

Be sure to clear your cache each time.

    Hi Ben,

Thanks, I’ve added your script as advised and I can see that each tab now has the # extension to the url however I have 2 issues.
    1. I have #kad_custom_02_tab when clicking on a tab rather your #kad_custom_tab_01. Slight difference but not important?
    2. When I try to link to either versions of the # extension it always seems to forward to #description.

    Am I doing something wrong?

I made sure to clear the cache and since we have some 301 redirects for the shop I removed these too but the result was the same.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Anthony

    Hello Tanya,

the first thing that I would try is going to Settings> Permalinks, and resave them. Clear your cache after doing so and let me know if it makes a difference.

    Hello,

It seems that something on your site is preventing the results from fully loading. You’re getting some console errors when I view the page in chrome inspect tools. It seems that something is blocking access to the content. This could be something with your server, or perhaps a plugin

I would try first deactivating your active plugins one by one, and viewing the search when each plugin is OFF. Be sure to clear your cache each time.

Also, what version of the theme are you currently using? Be sure that you’re up to date with the theme and all plugins.
