If it is displaying on one browser and not the other than it could also be the caching on your machine. Clear both the plugin and browser cache.
If that doesn’t work still, try going through your active plugins and deactivate one by one, to see if the layout works properly when a certain plugin is off.

December 12, 2017 at 4:25 pm #171695Hi Ben,
I went back to the forum to look up something else and it worked just fine.
The word I looked up earlier was “cache” without the quotes. In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Search Kadence Theme Forum
December 12, 2017 at 12:17 pm #171667Hi Ben,
I believe I searched “CPU Usage” Nothing out of the ordinary.
It probably was something to do with my IP.I don’t have the error logs, what I saw were “live” logs, but I’m not sure if they’re stored somewhere.
My webmaster, aka husband {who used to be a web developer} went through the plugins and disable all of the ones that weren’t compliant with our current version of WP. The site works, it’s just slow.HostGator said “I see that the restrictions were already removed from your account, but I can see that the CPU usage is still fairly high. Without sufficient optimization your site is still subject to being automatically restricted again. I strongly recommend you install the WP Super Cache plugin as shown here…”
I used WP Super Cache several years ago and decided not to use them, I can’t remember why.
Now I’m trying the free version of W3 Total Cache, however we may end up using WP Rocket, we’re playing with our options.
I was hoping you guys might have something, so I was trying you first. Do you offer something that I might be missing?I hadn’t really been monitoring my website traffic and last month I had over 9M hits, so I’m thinking I need to upgrade my hosting.
I’m not sure what I need in a provider. My traffic is seasonal and very heavy right now, but slow in June. Is my hosting something I can upgrade/downgrade seasonally? If I understand it correctly that sounds a bit nightmarish, but I don’t really know. My site is image heavy too, with several videos, which are hosted on YouTube. We are wanting to upgrade in May or June, when the traffic is slow and I’m not so busy with customer service. In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Search Kadence Theme Forum
December 12, 2017 at 9:05 am #171635Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.
I’m having website issues, my site went down yesterday because of CPU usage, so I’m trying to fix it.
You all rock, so you’re my first source to try to find answers! 🙂
I found your blog post Need for Speed {https://www.kadencewp.com/need-for-speed/}, so I’ve downloaded W3 Total Cache to test the waters.
I also noticed that Kadence hosts websites and was wondering if we’d be a good fit.
Who would I need to contact to discuss my options? In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Portfolio titles on mobile
Hi! I’ve seen several posts about this, but none for Ascend. I have the exact same issue as the person in this thread– Would like my portfolio item titles visible on mobile! I’ve added this css, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I purged caches, etc. Is the css different for Ascend?
Sorry if this ought to be in the Ascend forum! Thanks for the help.

December 7, 2017 at 2:45 pm #171112I have installed php curl on ubuntu 16.04 and it enabled it in php.ini.
Next, restart the apache service.
Clear the web browser cache.
The situation is not better, so that’s not necessarily the cause.
Do you have any ideas? -
