In forum: Ascend ThemeTopic: Customize theme issue
hi,
my Ascend theme customize is not responsive as it should be (even after clear cache)
i tried to log out and log in again then the previous setting adjustment respond again. i don’t know what happen to my site or is that related to my hosting? (namecheap share hosting) will upgrade to bluehost cloud hosting couple monthsIn forum: Reply To:Cleared cache, and then it was working on the home page.
But then I was looking at the database page, where I added form html in the same editor widget, and it wasn’t working. So as a test I added the form html to the homepage widget, and now the scroll on the drop down menu isn’t working there either.
As a test I copied it all into the custom html widget, but still not working. But by usiing that widget, it showed that there are 10 errors in the html. I just don’t know how to fix them!

CarrieIn forum: Reply To:December 6, 2017 at 2:04 pm #170985I’m seeing the scrolling which is why I’m asking what it means to you that it’s not?
Are you using a caching plugin perhaps I’m seeing a cached version.

Hey,
That works, or else you can paste it into your footer output from theme options > header and footer scripts. If you don’t see this option make sure it has been enabled from theme options > theme extensions.
Try clearing your cache. Let me know if the change is still not in effect.Hannah

Hi Hannah,
This is bizarre. I cleared the cache and all the cookies on my system, but I still cannot see it any browser on my system, Edge, Firefox or Chrome! It doesn’t show in Manage with Live Preview either.
I have now checked it on 2 other systems as well as my mobile and it is there on all of them, as you said.
However, I have finally isolated why this is happening. I run Kaspersky and when it is active it blocks the Aweber form from loading. Not so clever really, thanks for your help.

Yes, the only menu is set to primary and mobile in Appearance > Menus.
I’ve tried clearing the cache, and I’m able to switch on the ‘use simple mobile header’ in Appearance > Customise > Mobile Header which shows that it’s on in Theme Options > Mobile Header, but as soon as I try and switch on the Cart Icon or add a logo and Save Changes in Theme Options the word Undefined appears at the top of the page with a vertical red bar beside it and the changes are not saved. Odd.In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Woocommerce cart icon missing in mobile menu

November 29, 2017 at 3:56 pm #170185your mobile browser has a cache you clear like clearing the history.
And to be clear I’m seeing that you have the body font set to a 200 weight.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Images do not load properly in Microsoft Edge
November 29, 2017 at 10:00 am #170125I’m still unable to recreate this at all.
Can you click on the three dots in the top right corner of edge. then click on “developer tools” in the dropdown.
Once that panel is open click on the console tab and then navigate to a page where your image doesn’t load. and tell me what items you see showing in your console log.
I suggest clearing wp-super-cache on your site and then disabling it while your making tests.
