    I just test shared one of your posts and it worked as it should. Have you tried clearing your cache?

    Hey Jenny,

    If you’ve configured the call to action in Theme Options> Footer, it sounds like you may need to clear your cache. Try doing that and let me know if the call to action appears.

    Cleared cache, and then it was working on the home page.

    But then I was looking at the database page, where I added form html in the same editor widget, and it wasn’t working. So as a test I added the form html to the homepage widget, and now the scroll on the drop down menu isn’t working there either.

    As a test I copied it all into the custom html widget, but still not working. But by usiing that widget, it showed that there are 10 errors in the html. I just don’t know how to fix them!

    Here’s the total html for both the scrolling drop down menu and the sign in area:
    <h4><span style=”color: #ff0000;”>Access the Online DataBase</span></h4>
    <div class=”dropdown”>

    <button class=”dropbtn”>Click a City/Town name</button>
    <div id=”myDropdown” class=”dropdown-content”>Attleboro
    Barrington
    Bristol
    Attleboro
    Barrington
    Bristol
    Attleboro
    Barrington
    Bristol
    Attleboro
    Barrington
    Bristol</div>
    </div>

    <h4><span style=”color: #ff0000;”>Appointment Book</span></h4>
    <input type=’checkbox’ id=’form-switch’/>
    <form id=’login-form’ action=”” method=’post’>
    <input type=”text” placeholder=”Username” required/>
    <input type=”password” placeholder=”Password” required/>
    <button type=’submit’>Submit</button>
    <label for=’form-switch’><span></span></label>
    </form>
    <form id=’register-form’ action=”” method=’post’>
    <input type=”text” placeholder=”Username” required/>
    <input type=”email” placeholder=”Email” required/>
    <input type=”password” placeholder=”Password” required/>
    <input type=”password” placeholder=”Re Password” required/>
    <button type=’submit’>Register</button>
    <label for=’form-switch’>Already Member ? Sign In Now..</label>
    </form>

    I’m so sorry to be such a time-hog today.

    I’m seeing the scrolling which is why I’m asking what it means to you that it’s not?

    Are you using a caching plugin perhaps I’m seeing a cached version.

    Hey,
    That works, or else you can paste it into your footer output from theme options > header and footer scripts. If you don’t see this option make sure it has been enabled from theme options > theme extensions.
    Try clearing your cache. Let me know if the change is still not in effect.

    Hey,
    I just tested creating a slider with 8 slides and had no issue. Have you cleared your cache? Are your slides showing on the admin side?

    Hi Hannah,

    This is bizarre. I cleared the cache and all the cookies on my system, but I still cannot see it any browser on my system, Edge, Firefox or Chrome! It doesn’t show in Manage with Live Preview either.

    I have now checked it on 2 other systems as well as my mobile and it is there on all of them, as you said.

    However, I have finally isolated why this is happening. I run Kaspersky and when it is active it blocks the Aweber form from loading. Not so clever really, thanks for your help.

    I’m seeing it there. Try clearing your cache.

    Yes, the only menu is set to primary and mobile in Appearance > Menus.
    I’ve tried clearing the cache, and I’m able to switch on the ‘use simple mobile header’ in Appearance > Customise > Mobile Header which shows that it’s on in Theme Options > Mobile Header, but as soon as I try and switch on the Cart Icon or add a logo and Save Changes in Theme Options the word Undefined appears at the top of the page with a vertical red bar beside it and the changes are not saved. Odd.

    #170575

    Looks like you don’t have the mobile header enabled right now. Did you try clearing your cache after enabling it? You have a menu set to mobile navigation from appearance > menus, correct?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the responses.

    I cleared the cache in wordpress and the cookies on my system using ccleaner. I am still experiencing the same issue.

    Have you tried clearing your cache? I am seeing it published, but when I logged into your site I was seeing it as a draft.

    Hey,
    Can you post a link to a page that is showing your sidebar? Have you tried clearing your cache?

    Hello Nigel,

    Can you please share a link to where this sidebar is displaying so that I can take a look?

    Also, be sure that you’re clearing your cache after adding the widget, otherwise it may take awhile for the change to appear.

    your mobile browser has a cache you clear like clearing the history.

    And to be clear I’m seeing that you have the body font set to a 200 weight.

    How do you clear your cache on a mobile? Stupid question but I can’t seem to see how to do it?

    #170125

    I’m still unable to recreate this at all.

    Can you click on the three dots in the top right corner of edge. then click on “developer tools” in the dropdown.

    Once that panel is open click on the console tab and then navigate to a page where your image doesn’t load. and tell me what items you see showing in your console log.

    I suggest clearing wp-super-cache on your site and then disabling it while your making tests.

    Hey Tanya,

    Clearing your browser cache may get the slider to show in chrome for you. If the slider is still not visible, I would definitely try that.

    Hey,
    I’m seeing your font the same density on mobile as desktop. Have you cleared your mobile cache?
