Hi there,
We used an ultrathin font for the body of this site and it looked great on the desktop but not mobile.
So I change the density of the font…. this has worked on the desktop but can’t seem to get this to be the case on a mobile device?
Purged cache and ussed igognito on mobile device?

Hi
I noticed a typo in one of the slides in my Kadence Slider Pro, so I edited the slide and saved it. I could not get the new version to display. So I duplicated the slider, updated the shortcode to reflect the new slider ID and opened the French homepage where this slider sits. The updated slider appeared when I did “preview changes” but then when I clicked “Update” and took a look at the published page, the original version was still there.
I purged all caches and fiddled around with the shortcode (remove / reinstate) and the strings translation. I’m a bit stuck as my French home page still shows the typo.
Please can you tell me how I can get the new slider [kadence_slider_pro id=”5″] to replace the original version [kadence_slider_pro id=”4″].

Thanks
Tanya

Hey Steve,
I’m not seeing the menu drop down to two lines. What browser/device are you seeing this on? Can you share a screenshot: https://www.postimg.org
I’m also seeing only one product scroll at a time on the carousel. Try clearing your cache and viewing again.
There isn’t anything currently built into the theme that would accomplish this, and I’m not really aware of any plugins that offer this. I’ll keep looking and let you know if I find any!
Let me know if your site looks any different after you clear your cache.

Hey,
Are you changing to the blog grid template? See here:

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: CHILD THEMES – php Errors
hey, just tested it again! And it works fine.
Seems to be a cache issue. The current WordPress version has something changed there. So template files are chached by the wordpress core somehow.
When editing a template php-file, you have to change the theme-version in the style.css to clear the cache. Looks like wordpress now also has cache issues in the first hours when installing new child themes (FYI: changing the theme version here did’nt work).Do you know if there is a work around to not wait a few hours when installing a child theme?

November 23, 2017 at 10:31 am #169238Hello Ben. I turned off auto minify-java script and their Rocket Loader Beta. So now the Shop Filter works and the page seems to be loading properly on all browsers. Still has low numbers on Speed Test. I re-enabled Comet Cache and so far nothing is getting removed from cart when added. I will keep an eye on everything for the weekend. If you have any tips let me know. Any feedback on Humming Bird from WPMU?
Thanks again.

I have the same problem with Firefox on my laptop and on my mobile phoneWhen I do the same thing with Chrome, the images show up and I can publish

In forum: Virtue ThemeNovember 23, 2017 at 2:04 am #169182Hello Ben & Co. I’m having a problem with some of the home layout widgets not showing on home page for some browsers. I think its a cache issue. I use Cloudflare Pro Plan so I have a couple thing enabled. I also at one point had Comet Cache installed but deactivated it because it was affecting Woocommerce cart meaning sometimes I add stuff to cart and it would be empty when I click on the cart. I installed WP Super Cache but had the same issue. Each time I use one of those plugin sometime I realize my home page widgets don’t show and my sort feature in the shop or product categories don’t work. The Home widget will show up if I use a fresh browser or clear browser cache sometimes but its not consistent. I know sometime these cache plugins alter the htaccess file and I do see cache entries in my htaccess file but not too sure how to edit those out without causing problems. I did the Pingdom Website Speed Test and see several issues. Please let me know if you need admin access. We have major Black Friday Sales starting tomorrow evening so I am trying to figure this out before then. If not I may have to address the problem after this weekend.
Thanks.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeNovember 21, 2017 at 12:16 pm #168909You would have to wait for the cache to clear. And even then I don’t know if Pinterest would pull highest or lowest price from the default woocommerce schema. All I can tell you is that meta tag for the price is coming from that Yoast plugin. The theme doesn’t output that. I suggest contacting them it seems reasonable that you ould be able to set that.
Woocommerce outputs schema and I can see on your site that it’s outputting
"lowPrice":"24.65","highPrice":"424.15"correctly.That schema is something that Pinterest would scan in replacement of the meta tag from yoast. There Pinterest decides which price to show.
I’m sure the best solution is to use your yoast plugin and set the meta to the low price so Pinterest doesn’t have to choose between a lowprice and highprice schema json.
