    Hey,
    I will work on getting documentation for the video background feature of the kadence slider.
    The start time refers to the video delay in seconds. So let’s say you want your video to start playing 30 seconds into the video, you would put 30 in the start time tab.
    Weird that your video didn’t save. Did you clear your cache?
    You would just enter the video id, so essentially the last part of the url.
    We try to provide lots of tutorials and documentation, but we are also open to suggestions! Is there a specific thing you’re referring to in the shopping demo?

    Hey Vu,

    I’m not seeing anything obviously wrong with the page. The first thing that I would attempt in your case is deactivating plugins. Try going through your active plugins and deactivate one by one to see if a certain one will fix this behavior.

    Be sure that you’re clearing your cache.

    Hi unfortunately they dont make a difference despite clearing the cache. I have the feeling there is some css overriding it?

    This can be very normal for google. Be sure and clear your cache, but also know that sometimes it just takes a bit of time.

    This happens on Chrome and on Mozilla. I just checked Microsoft Edge and it worked ok there. I cleared cache on browser yes.

    I also contacted people to check through their computers and they said it is ok too..

    I just viewed from 3 different browsers and cannot get this issue to repeat. What browser are you using? Have you cleared all your cache?

    Hi Melissa. I am not from support but if been using the theme for quite some time and I recommend doing the following: Make sure you only use one css stylesheet and not multiple as this affects your rating. Get w3 total cache and implement the following settings (https://wpdean.com/w3-total-cache-settings/). For image optimization, I recommend getting wp smush . If you want to go a step further you can get autoptimize, but be careful as this can conflict with your w3 total cache settings, if you are not too careful. If you need more advice on how to improve your loading time you can read http://www.wpbeginner.com/wordpress-performance-speed/ . I hope you come right Melissa

    Hi Stephen,
    I haven’t heard of this issue happening for others. Have you tried creating another full-width image on a test page? Another option is to use the kadence slider. But there should be no reason for page builder to not work with firefox. Have you cleared all your caches?

    Did you clear your site’s cache after setting the featured products?

    Do you replace the word “copyright” with the HTML entity for the copyright symbol?

    You can do whatever you want. If you use [copyright] shortcode then it will output the symbol.

    If you want to link to a sitemap you would add a link… so:

    <a href="http://www.mysite.com/sitemap">Site Map</a>

    You are using “WP-Super-Cache” plugin. So you must delete that cache after every change your make in the plugin settings.

    Anyone know of any reason the Featured Products on the home page would stop working?

    I’ve looked on Chrome and IE, both show below the slider as being blank.

    I’ve checked on laptop and mobile, and again both show blank.

    Hey Pamela,
    I’m not seeing your footer text wrapping. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?
    You can remove the theme copyright footer text from Theme Options > Misc Settings.

    Yes, I’ve cleared the cache and tried it on three different browsers and two computers. Still doing the same thing. I have not assigned any alternate images as variations. But where are the variation swatch settings exactly?

    1. When you edit a page builder row you should see options to set the padding for mobile. You should be able to adjust the spacing from there. Make sure you’re using the latest version of the theme and plugin.

    2. It looks like you’ve added mobile padding? Check the page builder settings again.

    3. Do you mean “what we do”? I’m seeing that in mobile. Can you send a screenshot? Have you tried clearing your cache?

    4. You can put whatever you want in the footer copyright text box from Theme Options > Misc Settings. Is that what you mean?

    5. You can use this css to center your footer menu and credits:

}

    You can paste that into your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings. To add a logo just add an image widget to one of your footer columns, then use css to center it. I can help with the css if you’d like.
