    Hello,

    Today I updated some of my websites to Pinnacle Premium 1.9.3. And there are a LOT of problems. Content doesn’t show. Cache is cleared serverside and on my browser. Is this a theme issue of did the SiteOrigin Page Builder update mess with all the things?

    Anyone experienced the same issues?

    Hey Kerry,
    Because I didn’t see your site before I’m not sure where your missing image was or what widgets are gone. Could you provide more detail? Where were the widgets located on your page? Have you cleared all your cache?

    No, I don’t see it. A caching plugin like WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache can be beneficial.
    Again, are all your other theme options saving? Does your favicon image upload, and just not save?

    Hey,
    I’m not seeing your slider too high, and I’m also seeing the arrow show correctly. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?

    If you are using caching from cloudflare then you need to make sure it’s auto detecting sessions so it clears when there is a live user.

    W3 Cache is currently disabled

    I see it enabled and running when I go to your site? Are you sure you have the settings disabled? It’s running page and object caching.

    You can add this css:

    .stickyheader #kad-banner {
        z-index: 10000;
    }

    Hi Ben,

    Thank you for all your efforts to get me back on track with the latest theme. After I had deleted the suggested plugins my site still would not display correctly, and I’ve not deleted any others since, so why it is working now I can not say! I’m sure I cleared my browser cache after deleting the plugins – but since I can’t think of anything else, I’m not sure now!

    Thanks also for turning off the slider, I’ve changed the front page to “Home”.

    Regrding the seperate folder, this was my initial update to 4.1.4 but I renamed it, so I could copy in the 4.1.2 directory from a subdomain that I’d not updated. As this route was easier than initiating a full site backup to the state before the update.

    Regards
    Tom H

    From here I would test your plugins. go through your active plugins and deactivate them one by one, viewing the product when the plugin is turned off to see if that has any effect.

    Be sure that you’r clearing your cache after each plugin.

    Hey Jenny,
    Is it showing changed in the backend? Are you using a caching plugin to clear your cache?
    Please provide a link with all support requests.

    Hey,
    So after you remove and save changes then refresh the page the code is still there? Have you tried clearing your cache after removing?

    We have some code from TripAdvisor to embed for a badge

    <div id=”TA_rated807″ class=”TA_rated”>
    <ul id=”SeMmzpKa” class=”TA_links eimXQRd8″>
    <li id=”KzvISIM6J” class=”LGA9v3jDj”>

    </div>
    <script src=”

    We have tried it on the home page, in the footer and in the sidebar but it does not display correctly on the site at all

    This is what the widget should look like

    Here is what happens when I post it in the site sidebar

    It is a theme related problem because I’ve tried it on another site and it works fine

    Hi

    Thank you for your suggestions. Howerver, after deactivating plugins and clearing Autoptimize cache, the problem still remained, my site would not display correctly.

    Without any other option available, I reluctantly reverted my site back to virtue premium theme 4.1.2, which solved all the problems – the site is now working again as designed.

    Lacking any altrnative cause at this point, it appears that 4.1.4 is not suitable for my site’s configuration.

    Hey Erik,
    Make sure all your cache is being cleared. Does that make a difference?

    Hey,
    Where on your site are you referring to? I’m seeing all your call to actions on the homepage centered. Make sure you’re clearing your cache.

    Hi,

    Virtue Premium: I’m working on the portfolio page:

    I’m trying to make it so that the portfolio titles (semi-clear white with black text) displays all the time (on all devices), and the portfolio category tags (currently appearing under the titles) never displays at all (on all devices).

    I’ve tried a multitude of css found throughout the forums and so far the only progress I’ve made is that the Portfolio Titles show all the time ONLY on mobile.

    Here is the css I have: (I have emptied cache, do not have a caching plugin in use, etc.) The first one made the titles always display, but only on mobile. The second one didn’t do anything to remove the category tag on any devices.
    }

    @media
    (max-width: 992px) {
    .portfolio_item .portfoliolink {
    opacity: 1;
    }
    #portfolio-carousel p.cportfoliotag {
    display: none;
    }

    Thanks in advance!

    I’m seeing the french logo show up in mobile. Did you clear your cache after adding the css?

    #141285

    Dear Kevin, thank you for your answer.
    Yes, i can see a word “Type”. I’m not sure if this word “Type” is associated with portfolio type. Maybe it refers to other type…?
    I did clean cache in my browser and reset router. It doesn’t help. Can you translate the word “Type” successfully?
