    Hey Carrie,
    I’m not seeing Ben’s css in your code. Are you pasting it into your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings? Have you tried clearing your cache after adding?

    You guys are the best!

    It was a woocommerce google analytics plug in.

    I deactivated it, cleared the cache, and gone!

    Thank you so much!

    I’m not seeing anything obviously wrong. Did you try disabling your plugins as I suggested above? Clearing your cache and checking the gallery when each is turned off and checking the gallery then?

    You’ve got a lot of plugins so it’s possible that one is conflicting with the gallery.

    I’m not seeing it misaligned. What browser are you using? Have you cleared your cache?

    Tom,

    The next thing that I would try is going through all of your active plugins and deactivate them one by one, seeing if the random gallery works properly with a certain plugin turned off.

    let me know if you find anything. be sure that you’re clearing your cache after deactivating each plugin.

    Ok managed to sort a few things out on the site after your help. The only two pages that require CMD + R in order to get the nav to update are the home page and the SHOP page. I have w3 cache off and cloud flare in dev mode (bypass caching). using chrome in incognito

    I updated firefox and cleared my cache and I still only see a regular slider…

    Try logging back in and clearing your cache.

    add this css:

    .page-header {
        margin-bottom: 0;
    }

    Hi Ben,
    The site is hosted at Bluehost and they had a plugin called enhanced_cache installed. They don’t tell their customers it’s there, and it doesn’t show up in the list of plugins. They put it in a mu_plugins folder. If you delete the plugin (which I did) it will reinstall automatically later. Once I figured out what it was I asked BH to please turn it off and that fixed the display problem. (Sorry I forgot to post back here that it’s fixed! Thanks for the help!)

    Cheers Ben, i have added that and cleared the cache and will look out to see if it reappears. Hopefully that will sort it!
    Thanks,
    Tom

    I’m also using Chrome and I viewed from an Iphone6 and am not seeing this. Are you using a caching plugin to clear your cache?

    Hi,

    The issue I have is that on some pages – not all pages – the page’s side panel is relocated to the bottom of the page.

    Examples of pages with side panel relocated:

    Also, on one product category page (one seen so far); when sorted by default, it looks as it should be, but then when re-sorted by price “high to low“ – the side panel drop to the bottom of the page and fewer products than expected are showing (4 instead of 24).

    Page sorted by price high to low:

    I have cleared the browser cache – this did not help, and I am seeing the same problem using different browsers: IE, Chrome and Firefox.

    Can you help idetify the source of this problem?

    Regards
    Tom H

    Hey,
    There is no way to force the browser to remember without the use of cookies which is not part of the functions of this type of filter.

    Some browser do it better then others. Firefox, safari can usually cache the entire page. Chrome doesn’t.

    If you enable breadcrumbs the user could just navigate through to the category page instead of clicking back.

    Updated to 1.9.4 and cleared cache. No change.

    When updating to Woo Commerce 3.0.3 all the images and body text disappear including the slider images. If you click where the images or links should be it will take you to the second level of pages where everything show. So for instance, click on the white space on the homepage where a shop category would be and it takes you to the category page which is also just white space. Click on the category page where an individual product is and it navigates to the detail page where everything will show.

    I’ve tried deactivating all plugins and reactivating one by one and deleted the host plugin endurance_cache from mu_plugins with no success.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated! Here’s the link:
