I don’t have a cache plugin running right now. I have W3 Total Cache installed, but its not active.

Is there a generic cache that needs to be cleared (I obviously do not clear any cache after updating our menu each week).

ok, can you send a temp login so I can clear your cache for you so I can recreate your issue.
wp-super-cache has to be manually cleared with every change.

Were your product gallery images loading previously?
I would start by updating your caching plugin and clearing your cache. If there’s no change try deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting. I noticed you are using two woocommerce paypal plugins?
