A good place to start when trying to trace JavaScript Errors is your plugins.
I would go through each one and deactivate, clearing your cache and refreshing your home page after each is shut off and check the error logs in the javascript console.

tried with 3.9.7 just in case, same problem.
Woocommerce updated.
No HTML, just plugins. Theme updated, cache deleted, cache plugin disabled…
There must be something between versions…
works fine with 3.9.4, broken like the image I sent before for 3.9.5+
I’m going to leave the theme .7 enabled so you can check the category page. You already have an admin user, right?

Hi Hannah,
unfortunately we have again a problem with the Kadence slider (we have one for the English and a translated one with a different slider id for the German site, the slider IDs are specified within an multilingual text element).Now I have 2 options:
1) having the translated German site http://www.iiamo.com/de with 2 sliders: the site starts with the English one and beneath the German one.
2) When removing the settings for a Kadence slider within Home Slider / Image Slider > the German site looks fine but on the English starting page there isn’t a slider any longer
The cache is cleared.

You can’t use page caching on the front page and also display a slider based on device. The script checks for a device then shows the slider based on that device. If the page is cached then it’s not running the check so it will display whatever slider was lasted loaded into the page that was last cached.Make sense?

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeI have just tried everything that site origin suggested trying to fix it, but nothing has worked. I’ve deactivated all plugins. I’ve switched themes. emptied caches. deactivated and reactivated plugin. I edit the post, but edits do not appear when viewing the post. Is this possibly a WordPress issue or is it a Kadence one? I’m at a loss as to what to do. Perhaps use a different page builder?

Cleared cache with w3 total cache and also cleared the cache of autoptimize and my internet browser.
This morning I checked my website again and the right slider is showing…
now I checked the website on my mobile phone and it is not showing the mobile slider. Instead of that it shows the slider for the pc.

Here i am again, with the same/other problem. I did put a anchor link in a discription so that people go to another page where they can read more but what happens is that the scrolling is not smooth if you klick here and then klick again on “hier lezen” than you see what i mean, maybe you dont see what i mean.
And to come bak to your question clear cache, how do i do that, i have the total cache plugin.Regards Richard

Hello Anthony,
It’s possible that the cache isn’t loading the gallery correctly. Have you tried clearing your cache just to see if it allows the gallery to load correctly then?
That is the first place that I would start. Let me know if you have done this.

Thanks Kevin for all the work you are putting into this.
It looks like it should be pretty straigthforward but I did the permalink/ refresh/test and plugin deactivate/test/activate and cleared cache until the cows come home without success.

February 8, 2017 at 1:21 am #131811You are using “WP-Super-Cache” which means nothing you change will show updated until you manually clear the cache every time. I strongly suggest not using a caching plugin while you are developing.
