I’ve deactivated and deleted both WP Supercache and WP Minify plugins, even though theme was working fine with both the plugins since months. Home page and footer didn’t have any problem at the first place. The problem was with the “Main Content Area”. Even on the blog page, blog posts aren’t showing up. There’s another problem now, I enabled “Sticky Header” and “Shrink Header”, but though the stick header worked but it wasn’t shrinking.
And yup, I tried it with both Firefox and Chrome.Just to make you understand the issue better, here are the screenshots:

Hannah, no I get the same error. I tried in Safari and Chrome and emptied cache.
I don’t have a specific permalink setting on our other site and it works fine (the other site is different subject but same tools, plugins etc..). Where and why is an “All Projects Default Portfolio Page”In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Things Are Not Showing Up
November 7, 2016 at 1:09 pm #120516Just to add you are using super cache and WP Super Minify plugin at least maybe others but anytime you see something strange the first thing you should check is clearing those plugins.

November 7, 2016 at 11:47 am #120473Hey Debra, Please deactivate this plugin: Simple Cache
And any other caching plugin that you might be using. Caching can be complex and can create tons of confusion while you are trying to create a site. It should never be activated until you are finished. Plus it’s important that when you activate something like caching you really understand it’s purpose and settings else you can have situations where a mobile version is loading when on a desktop.

Hey Paul,
I’m already seeing that text display in #a51208. Are you clearing your cache after adding the CSS?
Also, you never want to place CSS into your functions.php file. That is for php code only, and it will break your site.
But I’m already seeing that h4 element displaying the correct color, so the CSS may not be necessary.

In forum: Pinnacle ThemeHi
I am having a strange behavior in the store catalog pages, they bring up again and again all the same items (page 1) when the infinite scroll kicks in.
I don’t if this is related to cache (I use wp-rocket) or something else.
You can see an example here: *Login to see link
It happens only in the store, in blog the infinite scroll works fine.
Thanks
Alain

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Buddypress member profile redirects
I just saved the permalink settings without making any changes and re-attempted to navigate to http://www.sbmar.com/members/corey/ and yes it still redirects to http://www.sbmar.com/staff/corey-schmidt/. I also tried clearing the cache… not sure what else to try?
Thanks for the help…
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Header Background Once User Starts Scrolling
Something still doesn’t seem to be right. When browsing to the website it looks fine, transparent on top and with background when scrolling. But after a while, when scrolling back up, the header does not turn transparent again. This is true for Chrome at least, in Safari and Firefox it looks fine. Don’t know if this could have anything to do with cache? I have a Chrome-extension running that reloads cache when turned out when editing the website, but it does seem like the settings are not loading correctly or anything.

Now the sites are displaying the same, so maybe it was a caching issue. Try this CSS in Theme Options> Advanced Settings and let me know if this is the space that you’re trying to reduce:
.contentclass { padding-top: 0; }Be sure to clear your cache after adding it.

I’m not seeing anything in your custom css that would cause this, which leads me to believe it may be a plugin that’s responsible.
Try going through your plugins and deactivating one by one and seeing if the issue goes away with one of your plugins.
Be sure to clear your cache after each change to be sure that the changes are being reflected.
Let me know if you find anything.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Product Page Border
The above CSS should’ve gotten rid of the border:
.products div.product { border: none; }If you place it into chrome inspect tool on this page, you can see that the borders go away:
http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/product/montainware-t-shirt/Be sure that you’re clearing your cache after adding the CSS. Also be sure that you have no broken CSS above it.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: I can't load certain pages! Why?
OK. They told me that the error was caused when Wp Super Cache tried to do something but it was also connected to Page builder. They also told me that to solve the problem I have to upgrade and pay more to get more PHP-memory or delete plugins. Now I apparently have 95mb PHP and if I upgrade its 512mb. How much do you usually use for a website and is there certain plugins that uses extra much memory?
