In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Home Slider is pushed to the right
I completely removed this css:
#nav-second ul.sf-menu > li {
width: auto;
padding: 3px 12px;
}
from the css file and it worked for Firefox on a Mac.According to the client, however, the slider is still pushed to the right in Windows 10 using MS Edge and Firefox browsers, (despite closing the browsers to empty the cache) Please advise of another possible solution.
Thanks.

August 30, 2016 at 11:31 am #110599You would need to adjust your compression settings to find one that works with your plguins. But more likely you just needed to clear your cached compressed files.
Run a test enable some settings and check the site.

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Js. script problem
My site is reporting “Missing analytics.js script”. I have tried reinstalling the analytics plugin and have tried the Virtue analytics instead. Tried disabling all non essential plugins. I am using chrome and checking the error using Google Tag Assistant Chrome extension which was recomended by google.
I’m not sure if its related but my WooCommerce Product Filter only fully works when I am logged in. If you try the link below whilst not logged in it probably wont work.
W3 Cache has been disabled whilst I try and fix these two issues.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: password reset issue
okay, here’s what WPEngine says:
yeah there’s a folder that’s actually being addressed by some of those arguments that needs to be excluded. For example with the theme my login plugin the folder I would exclude is ‘/resetpass’
but you would never see that in the URL or the email
you’ll need to ask the theme developer for the name of the folder used for password resets
once I have that I’ll be happy to exclude it for youAnd, I didn’t record this part of the chat, but in essence they said that a “cache exclusion” is needed, for the password reset link to work properly. It’s something that they set up, which is why I need the above information (“the name of the folder used for password resets”)

August 26, 2016 at 5:01 pm #110131Hey,
I just logged in. Scrolled through posts and pages. Didn’t see anything off. It’s possible your seeing something strange due to browser caching or a browser extension. Can you tell me what browser your using? Have you made sure to clear your cache?Ben

Hi Hannah,
Yes I have cleared the cache. Have you tried viewing this on a phone or tablet? The image I used in the CSS above is a logo for the Game & Fish Wildlife Management. Are you seeing that or are you seeing a tanish background and when you scroll down you see a piece of the boot?
Thanks
