Have you tried clearing your cache? I’m seeing the above CSS take effect on your site.

I’ve removed the cache and cookies but still has the error.

    Thanks Ben!
Cleared cache and used a different browser to no avail.
I had to delete and recreate to get the SKU number to show up.

    Hi Ben,
    thanks for your reply.

I’ve already cleared the cache. All plugins have been disabled for testing purposes but the problem has not been solved.

LOL, everytime I say it’s done, it never quite seems complete. 🙂

After i disabled W3 Total Cache and CloudFlare, the page went back to being OK. But after 20 minutes, the content disappeared again.

I’ve emailed my host, to see if they can see the issue clearer. And of course, if I get it resolved elsewhere, I’ll put up the solution here, in case anyone else has this problem in the future.

Yes, I’ve cleared it. It will work for a brief period of time, and then if I clear the cache or look on a different computer it resets to the old information. I am changing the call to action area areas”Answer Questions-Find a Broker” and the button text on “Get a Quote”.

Have you tried clearing your cache after making the changes in Theme Options? What are you trying to change exactly?

I logged in and tried. Had no issue getting this to work. Have you tried a differnet browser? Or clearing your cache?

2, 3. Try clearing your cache. I’m seeing it the changes on your site.

In Theme Options> Shop Settings, you need to turn off the theme filter. Then you need to add the plugin as a widget into the sidebar. You’ll have to read the plugin docs to figure out how to best implement it into your site.

By the way with w3 total cache i recommend using minify and not defering js. This makes a new file and is easy to clear. But regardless start by turing it off and clearing your caching.

I’m also noticing your using attributres with a quote mark for inch. If you are going to do that you would be much better off making those as actual attributes in the products > attributres page then assigning to your products. Because ” is used in code a lot and that could cause errors if you just added that through the product itself.

Here’s how your page is displaying when I remove the CSS:

Here’s how it looks with the CSS:

Is this not how you’re seeing it? Perhaps you need to clear your browser’s cache?

I’m seeing the CSS I provided taking effect. Try clearing your cache and check again.

    Hey Joanne,
Yes, you can definitely edit these posts. No need to re-create. Have you installed and activated Page Builder by SiteOrigin? You should see it in Appearance > Theme Recommended Plugins. Once installed, clear your cache and then you can go edit your posts and pages using page builder. Keep in mind page builder is totally optional. You can keep to the visual editor if you like. Just know you cannot switch back and forth between page builder and the visual editor. You would need to use a visual editor widget.
Here’s a quick tutorial on page builder- https://www.kadencewp.com/using-page-builder-virtue-premium/
    Hope that’s helpful!

    Hi!

We have the same problem (I think). No overlap issues, but the images of the carousel gallery are missing in the second, third and last accordion content.

You can see it live here:

    http://aktion-europa-hilft.de/spenden/brunnen-ghana/

Any news on that? I have already installed the most actual theme version 1.7.3 (the log mentioned it should have been fixed) But the problem still persist.

(I deleted cache and did re-save the portfolio item and the text-editor widget in page builder where the accordion code was created.)

Sorry for the confusion. At the first place, I add the “Hover and Active Background Color”, it did not work. Then I cleared the cache and it worked fine.
Now I don’t want “Hover and Active Background Color” shown there, so I cleared the color, but it did not work. The grey background color is still there. My questions is how to remove the “Hover and Active Background Color”.

I tried to change “Hover and Active Font Color” and “Hover and Active Background Color”, and cleared the cache. They still can not display correctly.
