July 10, 2016 at 8:58 am #102841Hey,
You can target that area with css:.header-widget-area-header .textwidget { font-size: 18px; color: blue; }Or just use a visual editor widget and change the text style. Or an image (that wouldn’t change much as long as you compressed the image for web.
I don’t recommend using caching plugins while your developing your site so I suggest you turn off both rocket and especially cloudflare while you are making the site. When your done then activate and optimize. You can use sites like pingdom to check for speed results.
If you are having trouble thing things “not save at times, disappear or I lose it” that can be a sign that you need to talk with your hosting about your php settings. I suggest you contact them and have them look in your php error log file. If anything shows up that will tell you wants being triggered and why.
I know a lot of people using wp rocket cache (including me on many sites) it’s a very good plugin. Who is your hosting company?

In forum: Virtue ThemeJuly 9, 2016 at 10:41 pm #102813Hey,
I never suggested you get the premium of that plugin. If you want a premium plugin for this get wp rocket cache. You of course need to set up the w3 total cache plugin. There are lots of settings including manually selecting, combining and outputting your scripts. You can move all your script into the footer if you like. Take a look at the plugin settings.
If you don’t want to use that plugin thats fine. Understand that you are in control of optimizing your site.

Glad things are working! Sounds like a caching issue. Make sure your cache is being cleared. We recommend using a plugin like this- https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/

July 8, 2016 at 11:25 am #102563ok, your issue was simply the Autoptimize Settings. The cache was not being cleared (still isn’t unless I turn it off for CSS). Possible that is plugin issue you should take up with the author. This also exaplins why switching themes would work as it would force the Autoptimize plugin to clear cached files
By the way we recommend w3 total cache or if you can spring for a premium plugin wp rocket cache.

I have tried clearing my caches. I do not believe that is the issue. Here is a link to the photo: http://amsofas.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Jalisco-Burgandy-Rio-Highest.jpg. It uploaded fine. The gallery in the portfolio is just not recognizing the image. I can find the image in the add to gallery section, but it is not displaying the thumbnail, almost is if the file is corrupt. It seems like the gallery in the portfolio is not allowing for images that are larger than 10mb because it works for all images smaller than that. Thank you.

Hi Ilker,
So sorry to hear you’ve had trouble. That can be so frustrating. I can assure you that Virtue theme is fully compatible in other languages. We would be more than happy to help you get things going. If you could provide a link to your site and some more details on how you have things set up that would great. Or if you would like to send a temp login we would be happy to take a look. You can set as a private reply.
For starters, are you using the latest version of the theme? Are your plugins all up to date? Have you tried clearing your cache?Hannah
