A caching plugin, such as W3-Total Cash, will save a version of your site to improve on loading times. When you make changes to your site, it’s important to clear this cache so that changes to your site will be reflected.

If you’re not using one yet, then this likely isn’t your issue. You are placing the script into Theme Options> Header and Footer Scripts? If you’re not seeing this area, then you need to go into Theme Options> Theme Extensions and turn on Header and Footer Script output. The script then goes into the footer are of Theme Options> Header and Footer Scripts. I think you already have this configured, but just in case, I figured I’d let you know.

Let me know if that helps.

Thank you for the help. Hannah I tried your css and it didn’t work. Kevin I inserted your css, flushed the cache, and it worked Thank you.

I have another question for the both of you. As I start shrinking the window of the site. The header image starts to shrink which is good, but it starts to create white space on the top and below it. At one point you can’t see the menu because it blends in. Is there a way to remove the white space so it is tight?

    Thanks again for the help

I checked your CSS and it’s missing the !important. Have you tried clearing your cache after adding this CSS?

    Hey,
To be clear jetpack works fine with the theme. We just don’t recommend using a mobile template. Something to understand about mobile templates is that not all your content will be visible. It’s very limited.

It really sounds like you are using tabs as a way for site navigation (menu) and that is something you shouldn’t every do. Largely for the reason you just posted about tabs aren’t pages so browsers don’t cache where you are based on what tab is open. I really suggest using normal navigation.

Have you tried clearing your cache since adding the address to the map? Is it possible that you got any of the address format wrong when inputing it into the map?

    #102162

Have you been clearing your cache after making these changes? The theme itself doesn’t do any caching, so it’s up to you to clear your cache after making changes to your site.

Try clearing whichever caching plugin you’re using and let me know if that helps.

You’re using wp super cache. This plugin requires you clear your cache after every change is made. Make sure you are doing so. The css is already in your custom css box.

    Hey,
Facebook caches your site it would take server days for that cache to clear. So you won’t see images or updates right away.

I tried going through all of those settings and everything worked as it should.

Be sure that you’re clearing your cache after making these changes. Also, you could go through your activate plugins one by one and deactivate to see if they might be causing the issue, but I think that would be unlikely since your issue seems to be tied to the theme’s options.

Another thing to be sure is that you’re all up to date with the theme and plugins on your site.

I’m now experiencing the same problem with the Kadence Slider plug-in. Refreshed, cleared and disabled caches, etc. It goes through the update successfully to 2.0.4, then it shows up again as 2.0.3 and wants to update. Endless loop. -Dan
