May 15, 2016 at 1:51 pm #95036Hey,
I’m seeing the products load? Did you try clearing your cache?I’m also seeing that you have an image in the footer that is not added with https. When you add an image you need to make sure your loading that admin page through https so the image url would inherit the https.

May 14, 2016 at 1:52 am #94901Hey,
The link shows jquery isn’t being defined. Means most likly you have a minify plugin that isn’t set up correctly. Deactivate that and then clear your cache.Ben

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Mobile slider
Hi there
I enquired earlier today regarding my mobile slider overwriting my Large home slider but said the topic was resolved because I thought the problem was sorted. I have just gone back on to my site on desk top and found the mobile slider is still the one thats visible. Could you please help me.
The home link is *Login to see link
The slider visible is a woman with a red flower. This is not the slider that should be there. I have cleared all my caches earlier and this seemed to work but its back to the way it was.
Kind regards

May 12, 2016 at 11:31 am #94673sorry I don´t understand very well what you mean. As far as I know I don´t have any plugins to translate. (I have had a look at my list of plugins, I thing none of them is for tranlating, maybe it´s something else?)
Because it is a carousel that comes with the theme, that´s why I thought the title could be changed through the theme opcions (like I previously did with the ones for the home page, but this carousel is at the end of the posts).
Anyways I leave you the list of the plugins I am using, in case I am missing something.
I Hope we can sort it out somehow.
Thank you.Plugins I am using:

Glad it’s working! I would recommend using a caching plugin like this- https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/

May 12, 2016 at 9:14 am #94648Most any host can get you to a better php version then 5.3 if you were on 5.5 why did they not just go to 5.6 or 5.4?
I suggest using a security plugin. I like using sucuri. Caching is more host specific w3 total cache is good but it does require that you research with your host and do a lot of trial and error to find the best settings. I don’t recommend the free version of cloudflare in most cases but because your server is so slow it may be valuable in this case.Switching hosting is one option but it depends on what you pay, and what you expectations are based on what you pay.
I would start with asking if you can get off php 5.3
I would ask theme for the best settings to use with w3 total cache.Ben

Thanks Ben for your time and effort i really appreciate it, i was running my site on php 5.5 and they downgraded here is what they said:
Hello,
I was able to duplciate the error message that you have reported when I access your website at https://www.keysteez.pk . It appears to be your application requires PDO with the mysqli. I could see that PHP version is set to 5.5 is set for your account. The PDO with PHP version 5.5 will not work. We are aware of the issue and already placed the bug report for this.Currently, I have updated the PHP version to 5.3 for your account. Now, your website at https://www.keysteez.pk is working without any issues. Please clear the browser cache and check whether you are able to access the website fine.
If you have any further questions, please update the Support Console.
Sincerely,
Ajay K
Senior Technical Specialistand about that plugin error they have i guess refreshed database or something which reset few plugins i’ll fix them too, now coming back to error i have disabled few plugins (All In One WP Security,W3 Total Cache and Cloudflare) after which error has come to very minimum but the load time has increased a lot too. This is the best plan for wordpress ipage has got.
So what do you suggest changing the host will resolve the issue ?
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Blog posts breadcrumbs, not working correctly
May 11, 2016 at 2:02 pm #94550Isn’t that the main function of the breadcrumbs, to show the you the path you came from?
Not necessarily. It’s the main function of the back button in your browser. Here is an example: http://www.amazon.com/Nikon-Coolpix-Digital-Optical-3-0-Inch/dp/B00THKEKEQ
Notice how the breadcrumbs are set electronics > camera & photo > Digital cameras > point & shoot digital cameras.
You go there without any navigating because I gave you a link. The point of breadcrumbs is to give you a menu source where you can easily navigate hierarchically within the given page.
Please know that you are totally welcome to create your own system for breadcrumbs but getting the referrer url is not cache friendly and not good in situations where the user got there through a method other then the category page.

Yeah, sure. Sorry about that, but my site is in Bulgarian. I hope that would not be a problem.
I emptied the cache (I use WP Super Cache plugin), but the problem is still there.Category AA -> https://stoiigledai.com/blog/category/optimization/optimization-voip/
Category BB -> https://stoiigledai.com/blog/category/repair/repair-voip/
Category CC -> https://stoiigledai.com/blog/category/training/training-programs/Post -> https://stoiigledai.com/blog/skype/
(The post breadcrumb is always displaying the “Category CC”)

I’m unable to replicate this issue on my test site. Would it be possible for you to post a link to your site so I can see what’s going on?
Also, I would try clearing your cache and disabling plugins one by one to see if there may be one conflicting with the theme breadcrumbs.
In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Premium sidebar now showing on the side
Hi Carina,
1. I am seeing your sidebar display fine in your posts. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?2. Again, I am seeing a menu to the top right of your logo. Is this not what you mean? See here- https://www.kadencewp.com/building-displaying-menus/
3. If you add your blog posts through the Latest Blog Posts option in the homepage layout manager (Theme Options > Home Layout) rather than settings > reading it will display with images on the left.

Have you tried deactivating plugins?

In forum: Virtue ThemeHi,
It seems there is a problem with the images on the Virtue theme to load properly. The websites work fine on other browser, but not Firefox. I even check the sites on 2 different computers using firefox and both showed the same issue. It seems when you first go to a page, like a portfolio grid or gallery, the images load on top of each other – instead of spreading out down the page. I can fix the problem by refreshing firefox, but if I click on another portfolio I get the same issue.
It’s happening on both these websites: *Login to see link *Login to see link
Also, 2 images are partially grey on this page: *Login to see link
I’ve spent hours troubleshooting the firefox issues, clearing caches, creating a new profile, etc. It seems it just started happening within the last 2 weeks.
I’m wondering if it’s a javascript loading issue or what?

@ Ben
Yes i am using cloudflare and get 520 error there too and pausing it was the first thing i did to check the error until today i just activated it to check the error and i am getting it again also its deactivated now.
I have also disabled security plugin & w3 total cache plugin still no help.
Here is what i have figured out so far:
If i keep all the plugins activated and change theme then the website works fine.
If i disable all the plugins then the website works fine.
All plugins disabled and when i try to activate them 1 by 1 then error is shown after 4-6 random plugins activating, i though some plugin might be conflicting with the themes but that is also not the case as sometimes error will be shown with yoast seo and the other time with woo commerce. In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: This site can’t be reached

May 10, 2016 at 10:25 am #94356Also you’re using w3 total cache. Turn off database and object caching some low end servers don’t work with it at all.
