But again it became too slow. I have contacted host too. They suggested to reduce plugin / check for theme / removal of cache..

    1. Your mobile menu should should on mobile not the primary menu, are you assigning a menu to be the mobile menu in your apperance > menus page?

    After that are you making sure to clear supercache plugin.

    2. You would need to add css like this to remove hannahs css for mobile devices:

    @media (max-width: 767px){
        .headerclass .socialmedia-buttons {
        margin-top: 0;
    }
    }

    You are using: WP-Super-Cache

    Meaning you will have to manually delete all of the cache after each update using the settings > WP-Super-Cache.

    I don’t recommend using a caching plugin while developing. Wait until your site is finished.

    And make sure you turn off caching from the plugin settings it will not work to simply deactivate the plugin.

    Hi Ben

    This has fixed the issue. I cleared cache on site and phone and it works now.
    Why was it that it needed to be marked as !important? It was already set as Cover in settings. I guess something is conflicting?

    Thanks for your help.

    1. Please post a link with instructions on how to recreate. Understand that a caching issue would be caused because you are using a coming soon plugin and the page can’t be cached correctly

    2. Your image shows your using a plugin and not the woocommerce search widget. What search plugin do you have installed? Why not use the woocommerce search widget.

    1. I was using W3Total Cache and now I’m using WPFC. Sometimes when I come back to the home page the image all white and sometimes all black and other times all lines.
    There is NO way I can launch the site with this occuring it has to be dealt with prior to taking off the coming soon plugin.

    2. Now I removed the woocommerce search added the search widget and the same issue occurs. How to recreate the error, simply type in text to search and before you click to search you should see the message. Also the search plugin I have in now really sucks bad for many reasons I can’t use it. I need to somehow use the woocommerce. I would like to use a plugin but I have way too many going.

    I have tried to install the plugin but it requires some editing to activate:
    /** Enable W3 Total Cache */
    define(‘WP_CACHE’, true); // Added by W3 Total Cache
    # BEGIN W3TC Browser Cache
    <IfModule mod_deflate.c>
    <IfModule mod_headers.c>
    Header append Vary User-Agent env=!dont-vary
    </IfModule>

    I don’t have ftp access right now so I guess I will try it later on.

    I cannot install the new images because then the old ones will disappear. I have tried to add a new gallery on the same page and this works. The images are already uploaded on the server so I really expect a problem with the gallery widget itself.

    They’re usually a good idea for improved site performance.
    Here is a good free option.

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/

    As for your gallery, can you add the images back in so I can see how it’s behaving?

    #95846

    Do you have a caching plugin installed? Typically people do so that’s a place to clear the cache, as well as your browser.

    I would add the images back in, then just go through each of your plugins one by one to see if it changes anything.
    It might have no effect, but it’s worth checking.

    Hi Kevin,
    No I don’t have these images currently in the gallery. When I add them the current images disappear. How do I clear the cache and what plugins should I disable?

    #95835

    Do you currently have those images in the gallery?

    Everything looks fine when I view the site, but I can’t tell if the correct images are displaying or not.

    Have you tried clearing your cache and disabling plugins to see if the changes take effect then?

    Hey Joshua,
    Have you tried clearing your cache? Do you mind posting a link to your site?

    #95694

    If your using caching (wp-super-cache) you would need to clear your cache manually.

    Else post a link and what css your adding.

    I suggest using a plugin to manage this for you.

    w3 total cache or wp rocket cache.

    It can be server specific.

    When I go to my mobile website, I’m getting the following warning and I have no idea what I did wrong.

    Warning: Class_PHP_Incomplete has no unserializer in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data01/74/2984074/html/content/object-cache.php on line 520

    Can you please explain?

    Thanks

    Mark
