Have you cleared your page cache? In Theme Options > Shop Settings do you have Enable Product Image Aspect Ratio on Catalog pages set to Off? Also, ensure you are using the latest version of woocommerce and of the theme. Let me know if there’s no change.Hannah

I have a week ago change all size of product images, so it would not crop. I uploaded them and everything was good, now I have just checked and some strange things happend.
On the front page the product images are the right size *Login to see link as I changed them to before my vacation. But on this page *Login to see link the images are the old sizes and crop’ed. But the stranges thing is that it is the same products from the frontpage, so how can this be. And the price shown on this page, is not the price which is on the product.
More stange is that after checking what had happend suddenly the page change, so it was right, but when I went back again it was wrong again. Very very strange. I have tryed to delete my history, and tryed other browsers if the page was cached, but it did not help. I can not send a screendump, so I am sure you see the same as me, but if some of the images is crop’ed on the product page you see what I see.

In forum: Virtue ThemeI see that the slider is 940 x 314.933, so I’ll resize the image and set the image size settings to accommodate. I actually like the way the line underneath looks, so I’m keeping the page title enabled. I cleared site and browser cache and added the last css you gave, but the slider is no closer to the little black bar above it. How should I proceed to move the slider up?

I would start by deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting. Also ensure you’re on the latest version of the theme and of wordpress. Let me know if there’s no change.Hannah

It seems a byproduct of using w3 Cache is that my pages have lost their padding at the bottom causing the footer to overlap the main page. On most pages I was able to compensate for this but I was not able to on the portfolio pages as they were not made using page builder.

That’s odd. It happened once when I viewed it on my phone, then it loaded fine. I would try clearing your cache and disabling plugins to see if that can help the problem.

I have selected a different Revolution Slide to appear on mobile phones but my site seams to be ignoring this and defaulting to the main slider. It used to work so the issue it likely to be being caused by a W3 Cache setting. Can you help?

Odd as it wasn’t combining your scripts. either way way not leave that on and let w3 total cache combine the scripts? Or why not ask them how you can combine through there cdn?

I disabled it on the CDN and enabled minify and browser caching on w3 cache instead. This has improved my score on pingdom and google insights and reduced the page size. However, the page loading speed is now either double or sometimes triple what it used to be…

What browser are you using? I am seeing your on sale products displaying fine. Have you tried clearing your cache? Also, are you using page builder? Polylang has been known to conflict with page builder quite a bit.Hannah
