I see that your using photon. That has tons of loading issues and I don’t recommend it. It’s possible that was timing out on you.
Did you try clearing your cache?

I’m not seeing the gaps? Did you make sure to clear your cache after updating? Especially minify. You should always do that after updating anyting plugin or theme.In terms of the api. Can you send me a temp login I would be happy to take a look and see why it’s not activating? Did you get an error message?
Without api you won’t get access to bundled plugin updates and eventually theme updates.
The point of support is to provide help. I would love to hear if your having an issue with an update. I’m not sure how to help you know but I can say that if you didn’t clear your caching and minify then every update would be an issue.
The my-account page just hasn’t had the version updated yet but that means nothing in terms of your API Key.
It’s going to be on your my-account page soon. 🙂
Just to be clear what is your current issue? Are you still seeing something wrong with your site? I will be happy to help you with the api code issue but that has no effect on the site in any way aside from getting plugin updates.

I updated a customer’s website today, and some (not all) of the images from a portfolio grid page I created for him have gone. I can’t make them re-appear even if I remove and re-add them.EG – this page displays the first two images, and you can only see the rest if you click and view them full (the rest are a lot smaller)

June 9, 2016 at 7:39 am #98284i’m also using Chrome and have just cleared the cache. Also tried IE just to be sure. Same problem.
There is a 20px green border all around the Flip Box on the front page (the bottom left one with the black test image uploaded). The Flip Box size isn’t the issue, it’s that the image I upload becomes compressed and doesn’t go all the way to the edges of the box. Can I upload an image to show what I’m seeing, just in case we’re not looking at the same thing.
It’s only one Flip Box you will be able to see the issue on. The other have images uploaded which are the same colour as the Flip Box so they ‘appear’ fine. That was my workaround
