When I look at your page, in your theme options > advanced settings. In the custom css box I still see:

Yeah, you are using wp-super cache. in your settings > super cache make sure to clear it there. Because I don’t see the css on your site and that could be why.

Try this css though it’s a guess but about the only thing I can think of. Make sure to clear your cache.

Yslow is going to rank based on the tools you are using to speed up your site. Things like caching, minify. Those aren’t and can’t be in a theme because of how the web, wordpress and themes work. You have to do those things through plugins or manually because they are optimizers to the server and the output of html.
If you look at the report you posted, just take one second to look at what is giving you the rank… No caching, no defering of JS, no cache verify and no minify… All those things are not related to the theme they have to do with how you optimize your site.

Have you tried clearing your cache after making those changes?

Sometimes caching will hide your changes until it’s reset.

Plugins can also conflict with some proper theme functionality, so if clearing the cache doesn’t work, then try disabling your plugins one by one to see if that has any effect.

Also, providing a link to your site is very helpful when trying to solve any support questions.

1. I’m not seeing any “vibrating.” The page appears to be loading just fine in the recording, as well as when I try viewing it. Can you possibly describe this symptom in a bit more detail so I can be sure I’m not overlooking anything?

2. I would try resaving your permalinks in Settings> Permalinks and seeing if that helps.

Also try clearing your cache to see if anything changes.

Ok… I’m not getting this. I looked where I told you to look settings > reading… You have a big red error saying you haven’t translated the page you set as the front page.

Let’s start there. Please make a translation for the front page. Then clear your cache and try.

I’m having the same problem as described in this thread.

The homepage layout manager its not working. I have tried disabling all items in for the layout and nothing changes on the home page. If I add or move the items under “Enable” nothing changes.

I’ve disabled WP Super Cache and there is no change.

I’m using the current version of Virtue – Premium Version: 3.5.9.

No worries, it was part of the script cache, that is a mix of browser, and site cache so you would have had to clear the entire browser cache to get it to show.
