    Hey,
Are you using a SEO plugin?

    For example this url http://juicejab.com/testimonial/ina-m/
Was showing Parajumpers Jakke and that was just a google cached page. Meaning it’s pulling from a cached verso=ion that google has. Using an SEO plugin and sitemap will keep google refreshing your site so these html titles and descriptions are updated a fixed.

    I suggest Yoast SEO.

    Hey Corey,
I’m not seeing this. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?

Because you have wp-super cache installed I’m not sure if I’m looking at a current version or not. But I’m seeing the text drop to new lines as the screen size is smaller. What are you seeing?

In general using w3 total cache is a great option because you get both caching and minify together in one plugin and caching speeds up a site more then minify,

    Hey,
    Sorry about the delay.
I am pretty sure the error your seeing is only from firebug trying to do something through a proxy because the errors only show in your proxy.js file which isn’t part of your site.

    As for the speed. http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/d5Ozze/http://www.wigt.com/

I recommend you optimize your images as best you can, Using photoshops or any photo editors “save for web” options.

I also strongly recommend using caching, Especially on a shared server. Caching can make a huge difference and I think you would be best to use w3 total cache plugin so you can take advantage of the js and css minify.

Weird, I’m not seeing that. Try clearing your cache. Also make sure you are up to date on everything. Theme, plugins, etc. Let me know if the error still shows.

    Hi Hannah / Ben 🙂

I have Display Sidebar set to ‘site default’ normally … but changed it to NO … sidebar still showing

Can’t seem to get rid of it

Cleared cache etc etc and still there

Swapped to another PC and tried there … still shows

Only difference between latest posts and ones last weekend was upgrade to 3.3.3

So I am totally flummoxed !

    Hi Aileen,
My initial guess is that this is being pulled from the wordpress default settings. For example, whenever someone creates a wordpress site “Hello-world” is automatically created as a blog post. From your admin panel navigate to Posts and make sure this post is permanently deleted, not just thrown in the trash folder. Does that make sense? Also make sure your cache is being cleared.
As for the random text, I’m not sure what that would be. Have you tried deactivating plugins to test?

I’ve to see how to solve the problem for my clients.

Odd, I can test on the demo and it works without issue. Post a link to your site. Did you clear your cache?

In the wordpress admin go to settings > wp-super cache and delete your cache. Should see a “delete cache’ button on the easy tab.

So, it turns out I already fiddled with the cache. WP super cache is deactivated now, but I haven’t cleared it.

It’s giving me trouble when I try to activate.

    Any suggestions?

EDIT: It’s activated again, but I don’t know how to clear it in WP

    Hey,
Looks like your using the plugin wp-super cache… This means you will have to go to settings > wp-super cache and delete your cache after every change you make.

I suggest not using caching while developing your site. to turn wp super cache off you must delete the cache first then turn it off in the settings. Then you can deactivate the plugin (DO NOT start by deactivate the plugin it will not work).

    Hey Stephen,
Sorry for the delay. I just played around a bit on your site in both firefox and chrome and saw the same results, both with no errors. Have you tried clearing your cache? Can you send a screenshot?

ok, if you deleted then did you clear your cache on the site? because I still see the flower and if your only using the function then the flower shouldn’t be there.

So of 1158 visitors on analytics only 90 were on your site for 70sec?
That seems odd, 90 isn’t the percent right?

Of the 90 visitors how many page views did they have. Also was the visitor cached for over a day or week so if they came back they still wouldn’t see more then 3 total?

Regardless. The theme doesn’t control how analytics is reading your site. Or how your popup plugin works.
The theme only outputs the analytics code into your page. Google does all the rest. The only thing that could break the javascript in that analytics code is if you have lots of javascript errors on your site.

Right now I see one error caused by “WP Copy Protect Plugin”. Could be worth removing that plugin for a week and see if it changes your analytics. (it’s also worth deactivating just because it’s causing errors).

Yes, I have cleared the whole cache and certain pages like cart pages which are supposed to be noindex, follow are excluded from cache so that does not even apply there.
    And regarding the “page 2”: That is why I added if ( $paged >= 2 || $page >= 2 ) echo ' ✿ ' . sprintf( __( 'Seite %s'), max( $paged, $page ) ); ?>
You don’t need Yoast for that and the weird thing is that all of this was working before when I tried it on a testsite, and now it isn’t working… am I placing it correctly?
