October 20, 2015 at 9:36 am #63575Are you clearing your site cache?
The meta title won’t have “page 2” unless you set that up through a great plugin like yoast SEO.

October 19, 2015 at 6:19 pm #63499Hey,
I’m seeing that your load time is half a second and it’s only adding 350ms to the load time. I don’t think there is anything you can do about making it faster then that. It’s an ajax call that woocommerce runs. you can’t turn it off and it’s not something you can cache because it has to do with checking the users cart.Ben

In forum: Virtue ThemeOctober 19, 2015 at 11:13 am #63408Hey,
Did you try this with the demo? Your site seems to get it’s javascript blocked.. The demo doesn’t. At this point it could be the server you are using that purify doesn’t like or it could be a plugin. You would do well to minify your js and then maybe purify doesn’t stop it from loading but it’s not in the control of the theme. Test with w3 total cache and minfy.Ben

October 16, 2015 at 9:54 am #63057If your hitting a problem with Mod_security that is something on your server. You have to contact your host, most likely they have a older out of date version of mod security and it needs to be turned off or updated.
But I looked at your site on mobile after you cleared cache and I can see the slider?

Thanks Ben. I believe all the plug ins are up to date. I did revert to a revision and got back some of the work. The site has just gone live on the web and there was a problem with the super cache so that has been deactivated by my hosting party. What is happening is when I make the changes and try to update, Safari sometimes goes down or it takes forever to update and I have to leave the site – then the whole thing reverts to lines across the page – not just what I have been working on but the whole formatting on the Home page.

October 15, 2015 at 12:51 am #62855Hey,
Can you post a link to the page with the error? Need to see what you mean about “not being displayed properly”99% of people having issues with updates is a caching thing. meaning the site is still serving older cached files. Did you clear all caches on your site.

October 14, 2015 at 6:07 pm #62819Yes I would suggest setting the rocket loader to off if the purge didn’t work. The big thing is to get your sites up and running then you can focus on optimizing.
I user w3 total cache minify without issue. Some plugins don’t work well with it though so you do have to test.

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Virtue: Carousel
Hello,
I am using the Virtue Carousel widget in a home widget area. I have it set to blog posts, 3 columns, all categories, and 6 posts. However, it’s pulling 11 posts. I’ve changed the number to 0, 8, etc. Doesn’t matter, the same 11 pull. I’ve emptied my cache, reset the browser… still 11. It is the carousel under the title “featured posts” on this site > *Login to see link
Any ideas would be greatly appreciate.
